For the world of supernatural's, on your 16th birthday the name of your soulmate would appear somewhere on your body in there hand writing. This is something everyone looked forward to, for some it was a sign of relief, you would know the person you who you were meant to be with. For some it was heart breaking to end things with the person they thought was their soulmate, but turned out not to be. Then there was some, but not many who didn't get names at all. Hope was one of the people who prayed to not get one at all. Everyone she had ever gotten close to always left her or died. So, for the most part hope stayed to herself, most people were scared of her being the daughter of klaus mikaelson, the biggest villain in all their history books. None of that mattered to hope if people were scared of her then nobody could get close to her, she would never have to feel the pain of losing someone she cared about again.

Hopes Pov

It was the morning of hopes 16th birthday nothing felt that different for hope, she had bin dreading this day for weeks waiting to see whose name would appear on her body, she got out of bed like every day at 5 and hoped in the shower before she had to go for training. As she started the shower, she took a shaky breath and started removing her clothes searching her body for a name. To her surprise she couldn't find one.

"hmm" hope said to herself out loud, I guess my wishes were answered she thought.

As she got in the shower hope couldn't help but feel a little sad though she didn't want a soulmate she still liked the thought of thinking the universe wanted someone to be with her. Being the tribrid the only one of her kind, she always thought of herself as a mistake something that should have never been born.

"I guess this is just another cruel joke from the universe" she chuckled to herself.

Finally getting out she quickly through on a black sports bra and a pair of yoga pants like she wore every day for training and ran out closing the door to her room.

As she was walking hope still couldn't get the sadness feeling out of her head, she kept wondering why this was upsetting her till she was pulled from her thoughts as she crashed into someone.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going" hope said not looking at who shed crashed into.

"God could you look were your walking" hope heard as she finally looked.

"oh, it's you" hope said anger piercing through her already.

There Infront of her was no other than lizzie Saltzman.

Lizzie looked back at hope, her fists balled to her sides she couldn't stand the site of hope mikaelson. Ever since hope had been sent to the school her dad treated hope more like a daughter then he did to her and her twin sister josie.

"Next time could you be more careful, there's nobody I hate more than seeing little shrimpy hope mikaelson first thing in the morning" lizzie huffed finally getting up off the floor.

"Like I'd want to see your face either, especially today of all days" hope scoffed back at the tall blonde.

"that's right its little mikaelsons 16th birthday! How could I forget, oh wait I know it's because I could care less that's how" lizzie said with a smirk on her face

Hope already not in the mood to be dealing with this picked herself off the ground started to walk away biting her Toung knowing of she said anything her and the blonde would end up screaming and fighting. That was the last thing hope needed today.

As she walked away lizzie grabbed her arm and said "wait who's the poor person who got you as a soulmate today" smirking knowing it would piss hope off more

"None of your business" hope said shrugging her arm out of the blonde girls hold "touch me again and I will pull your arm off" she said going to walk away again.

"don't tell me you didn't get one" lizzie said holding in a laugh waiting in response

"For your information no I didn't now could you just fuck off" hope said not looking at the blond

Lizzie couldn't hold it she started laughing "that is fantastic, not only does little hopey have no friends but even the universe doesn't want her having a soulmate..."

She was cut off with a slap to the face, hope standing now Infront of her

"Shut the fuck up and leave me alone"

Lizzie jumped at hope pushing the tribrid to the ground. Both girls throwing punches and screaming at each other.

From the twin's room josie could her everything, she ran out the door seeing her sister and hope fighting. She ran to stop it Yelling at the two girls "guys knock it off!"

Not getting their attention she tried pulling her sister off hope with no luck.

"Lizzie hope stop it you're going to wake everyone up and get in trouble" she yelled

Just then josie was hit by a fist from lizzie who had been trying to hit hope who had blocked.

"You bitch you made me hit my sister I'm going to kill you!" lizzie yelled hitting hope in the mouth making a little bit of blood spill.

Hope being the tribrid didn't really feel the hit but she chuckled as lizzie tried, she knew she would heal fast.

Just then hopes eyes flickered open as she feels this amazing rush, josies hand on her siphoning magic from her as she whispers a spell and both girls go flying away from each other.

"What the hell Josie I was just about to do some real damage to little miss short cake"

Hope just stared not saying anything trying to calm down from the feeling of being siphoned. Since her and the twins were never close, she had never felt such a feeling before, she could only describe it there were no words it just felt good.

Josie starring at the girls finally speaking "what is wrong with you two can we not just go a day or two without you two going at each other it is so exhausting."

"you're lucky dad wasn't here we'd all be in trouble" she spoke again rubbing her arm where she had been previously hit

Hope still saying nothing just stared at the tall brunette girl feeling bad for letting her get hit, she hadn't meant to she didn't know josie had gotten so close. If she had known josie would get hurt she would of gladly taken the punch.

Lizzie looked at her sister "I'm sorry I can't help it Shes just so horrible jo, and besides she through the first hit"

Hope swung her eyes back at the blonde "only because you wouldn't drop me not getting a soulmate"

Josie gasped "hope'

Hope slowly took her eyes off the blond and went back to the brunette who was staring at her with her beautiful brown eye.

"beautiful" she thought to herself did I just really say that she shook her head finding somewhere else to look.

"Yeah, it's true no name, it's not a big deal. I'm sorry you got hurt I didn't mea..'

Shes cut off when all three here the sound.

"Girls what is going on here? Josie lizzie hope are you okay? Don't tell me you had another fight!" Alaric looked at his daughters and hope waiting for a response

All three stood there saying nothing

"My office now!" he yelled
