Chapter Four: A Day At Echo Creek Academy

Today was a day that Star and Marco were nervous about, the first day of school, well mainly for Star, since Marco got his GED, meaning he already graduated High School by his Sophomore Year, he didn't need to attend, as for Star, that was a different story.

Since she had to leave a year ago to save her kingdom from a Lizard in a Lawyer suit, master her magic and soon help rebuild her kingdom, Star missed out on a whole year of School.

Ever since the Cleaving, Schools in Echo Creek were temporarily closed to reevaluate the education system to accommodate Monsters and Mewmans and to also incorporate learning material of Mewman and Monster History.

Quite a bit of time has passed to the point where Echo Creek Officials were ready for Schools to start up again.

Star would be attending as a Junior, luckily she'll have Tom and Ponyhead by her side since they were also admitted to Echo Creek Academy. Luckily Janna, Jackie, and Chole will happily assist them around the school, mainly Tom and Ponyhead.

The schools also went through some renovations to accommodate every one of all shapes and sizes and species.

During that time gap, Eclipsa was able to get Meteora into a Daycare which hopefully will accommodate her particular needs, luckily she has Mariposa by her side as well, that's a relief.

Moon now owns a Pie shop, which has thrived since she gets her recipes and skills from her mother, Comet Butterfly, heck the pie shop is called Comet's Delights, to honor her mother who she still mourns and misses to this day.

River along with Eddie, teaches Self-defense lessons to anyone interested in it, although River goes for more of a practical approach for his lessons.

Globgor is now a Construction worker who helps rebuild this new world. His Size-shifting powers have benefitted vastly, buildings are finished faster than before.

As for Eclipsa, she handles two jobs, a Museum curator, mainly on Mewni History, and is one of the History Teachers for Echo Creek Academy.

A/N: A lot sure has happened since Chapter 3, and a time skip has occurred since then, We are now in January of 2017, needed a time skip to establish some normality before the chaos reigns in. I might add some one-shot stories that do take place in the time skip, like celebrating Marco's 16th, Star's first Christmas + Star's 16th and whatever else.

Anyways back to the story.

Star was nervous, she will be attending school as a normal girl, no magic, not a princess anymore and doesn't live in another dimension anymore.

Marco saw his Girlfriend and consoled her, ensuring that she'll still have people who still care for her; Tom, Janna, Jackie, Chole (who Star has warmed up and considers a close friend, like Tom and Janna), and Ponyhead (he said reluctantly).

Star does ask: So what are you going to do while I'm at school?

Well, I'm going to babysit Mariposa and Meteora, til I can find a job. But I can still drop you off and pick you up in style, Marco said.

Marco, I appreciate the offer, and all but ridings bike to school isn't what I call style, Star answered.

Who said anything about bikes? Marco replied.

Cuts to Marco riding Nachos the Dragoncycle in the air with Star holding onto Marco.

Star initially felt uneasy since this was her first time riding Nachos, but soon enjoyed the thrill of it, no wonder Marco enjoyed it.

They soon descend into the New Echo Creek Academy with students staring at their landing, mainly the humans, since a Dragoncycle was new to them, but were shocked to learn that Marco, the safe kid, was the proud owner of this Dragoncycle.
