▮ AMIRA couldn't breathe, everyone was screaming, all crowded together like a pack of sardines. someone pushed pasted her, yelling something about an ambulance? she couldn't quite make out the words. her head felt all fuzzy, ears muffled and she knew for a fact it wasn't because of the alcohol in her system. she stumbled blindly through the crowd, frantic to know what had happened. as she made her way to the front, she felt a hand grab hers but she paid no mind to it, too distracted by the sudden sight in front of her.
▮ blood. there were puddles of blood on the ground and right in the middle of it all laid a body. pale and unmoving.
