It takes us a while to locate the library, and once there, we don't really know what we are planning to do. I see the red-haired girl who I recognized from the parking lot. She's the freak who was reading in all the chaos. There's a boy whos taking a nap, and me and Madge. Two clueless students are standing in the doorway. Wait, no. There's one more person here, but they're behind a bookshelf.

Madge and I walk around the shelves and see Peeta. Oh god. He makes me so nervous. I think it's because I feel like I'm going to embarrass myself in front of him. But Peetas not reading, he has a small black sketchbook and is drawing some flowers.

I'm starting to pull Madge towards the door when she whispers, "Hey, Peeta!"

He looks up from whatever he was doing, "Oh, hi," He quickly puts away whatever he was drawing as if we weren't meant to see it. "What are you two doing here?" He asks,

"Got tired of Finnick Odair," Madge says, and that makes Peeta grin.

"Yeah, Annie had to pry him off me. He says he's meeting all the 'Noobies from 12' but he's not even from that floor, he's from 4 like Annie" Peeta says, "You can sit with me if you guys are gonna stay around the library," Peeta looks right at me, so I pull a random book off the shelve and begin analyzing the cover.

"Beats cluelessly walking around," Madge says taking a seat across from Peeta. I joined her a second after. Madge pulls back out her schedule and looks over her teachers, writing notes here and there. Peeta and I sit there for what feels like an eternity until I have the good sense to pretend like I'm reading a book.

Finally, the bell rings, and Madge and I stand up. "Well, it's time for us to go, but it was great seeing you, Peeta!" Madge says, and as we're walking out, she abruptly turns around and blows Peeta a joking kiss. He grins, and I swat her hand down.

After we're a good distance from the library, Madge states, "Someone has a crush,"

"I do not!"

"Mhm. Well, I need to put something in my locker but I'll see you in the choir."

"Don't get lost!" I call out.
