Went outside to go get my mail. Not gonna lie this time something felt off ... like, i don't know. Felt like i was being watched.

As I was going to get the mail the mailman came in his fedex truck.

"Hey Kal" I say.

"Hey Amelia, how's it goin?" Kal says

I've known Kal since I've moved here. I came here when I was 20. No family nearby... not that I have any. I lost my parents when I was 13 and never had siblings or anything. Kal knew this and he's always been there for me.

"Not very good, I've once again been struggling but I'm getting there" i say.

"Sorry to hear that, here's your package though"

Package? I never ordered a package... just when I went to tell Kal I looked up and he already drove away.

I took my package inside. It was in a black box... hmm weird ... I didn't order a black box.

I proceed to open it. Inside is nothing. Just packing peanuts.

I had work the next day so i ended up cleaning up and going to sleep.

Later on I started hearing rumbling ... like someone breaking in. I tried to shake it off but my gut was telling me to hide.

i slowly got up and looked for my phone ... weird, the service was cut. I look to get my small lamp and the power ended up being cut. I didn't know what to do until i heard footsteps inside my home.

I jumped under my bed hiding from whatever could be there. Soon i heard voices. like a male voice.

one sounded like Kal and the other I wasn't able to make out.

The unknown voice along with two footsteps came into my room bursting the door down.

"Amelia Stone we know where you are, don't make this hard on us and come on out" The unknown voice says

I panic. On the verge of tears and anger. I didn't know what to do. Until a person comes and snatches me from under the bed.

I cant make out a face but the person smelled like Kal.

Before I could say anything i was injected and blindfolded and soon passed out.
