4. The Bitterness in Love (Angst)

Shinya lay in bed, curled up, sucking on his thumb for comfort. Guren has been coming home extremely late for a week now. Guren wouldn't tell Shinya where he was going anyway. Shinya just needed someone to cuddle, but it seemed like Guren wouldn't come home anytime soon, Shinya wondered why Guren was gone all the time. Eventually, Shinya fell asleep alone in bed.

Hours later, Guren arrived home, he kicked his shoes off and walked to the bedroom, he looked in to see Shinya curled up in bed asleep. Guren hesitantly went to lay down next to Shinya but didn't bother to hug or cuddle with his soon-to-be husband. Guren scoffed thinking about it, Guren started regretting ever proposing to Shinya.

The next morning when Shinya woke up he saw Guren laying there, Shinya was very happy to see him and went to Guren, kissing him on the cheek. "Good morning babe," Shinya smiled softly. 

Guren just looked at him with annoyance. "Morning," Guren replied stiffly.

Shinya frowned a bit. "What's wrong..?" 

Guren looked at his innocent eyes, his sweet sweet ocean-like eyes, "I just don't like to be annoyed by you in the mornings."

It felt as if a knife had been stabbed into Shinya's heart just then, figuratively. Shinya looked even more sad and guilty, disappointed in himself. "I'm so sorry... I won't do it again."

"Good. It's very annoying." Guren insulted.

Shinya nodded, "I'm sorry..."

"Stop saying sorry so much just go away ugh." Guren groaned.

Shinya slowly got out of the bed that they shared, and walked out of the room, tears falling from his eyes. Suddenly Shinya heard his phone ding, it was a message from his friend, Goshi, the message had a photo attached and said;

"I'm so sorry to inform you about this but I got this photo... Guren is a scumbag..."

Shinya stared at the photo attached as his heart started to break into a million pieces.

The photo attached was one of Guren and Mahiru, french kissing. Guren's hands were on her ass. Guren was a cheater. Was this the reason why Guren would come home so late? Cause he was out having sex with some woman while his soon-to-be husband is laying in bed waiting for him?!

Shinya started to feel the anger burning in his chest. He stood up and turned to walk back into the bedroom, back to Guren. Guren was wrapped up in the blankets, Shinya pulled the blanket off of him and onto the floor.

Shinya started to yell, "YOU GODDAMN CHEATER! GET OUT- OUT OF MY HOUSE!" You could truly hear the pain in his voice.

Guren stood up and looked at Shinya, Guren put on a face as if he didn't know what he was talking about. "Shinya..? What's wrong baby come here..."

"NO. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID STOP TRYING TO ACT INNOCENT- YOU DO THIS EVERTIME YOU PLAY THE VICTIM AND I'M SO SICK OF IT!" Shinya was balling his eyes out at the same time.

"What? I don't know what you're on about." Guren replied in a confused tone as he tried to touch Shinya's face.

Shinya slapped Guren's hand away, "I SAID GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! TAKE YOUR CLOTHES AND SHIT OR I'LL BURN THEM!" Shinya was being serious.

"Calm down babe--"

"DON'T CALL ME BABE!" Shinya slid the engagement ring off his finger and threw it at Guren, "TAKE YOUR STUPID RING BACK."

"Okay fine. I was cheating on you" Guren chuckles, "it's cause you're not good enough. You were terrible in bed. Then you're always so clingy all the time- it's sooo annoying tbh."

Shinya took a step back stunned by the words that just came out of Guren's mouth, Shinya started crying more. "B-But all I ever did was s-show you affection and l-love.."

"I don't care for all that stuff, I only dated you because you seemed like you'd be good to have sex with. I don't give a shit about everything else. I also proposed to you for the money in it, so I could take everything you owned."

Shinya wouldn't stop crying, his whole world had been broken all around him, everything he thought was a lie. He couldn't see straight, his eyes were blurry with tears. Shinya ran out of the room and ran out of the house sobbing.

"Shinya, Wait!" Guren tried to stop him but it was too late, Shinya was already far ahead of him.

Shinya ran out of the house and just kept running, he didn't know where he'd end up or what might happen he just knew he had to run. suddenly a car comes down the road at a high speed and-----

...

Shinya's body was on the ground, a giant blood puddle spilling around him. There were sirens coming closer from the ambulances...

But before they could arrive Shinya had taken his last breathe.
