Hi again! This is the 4th chapter. I hope you enjoy reading it. This chapter also contains mild swearing. Just to warn you.
3rd person
The alarm clock rings, Ember looks out from under the covers ( half asleep, half awake) and tiredly scrabbles around to turn it off. When everything is silent again; she groans, turns over and goes to sleep.
"wake up, wake up" Ember's mum shouts. "Ok, Ok" Ember looks at her clock. 07:55 it says. " Oh Shit!" She shouts.
Embers POV
I had five minutes until the bus was about to leave. I scrabbled out of bed, practically threw my breakfast down. Got dressed and waited at the door, then I realised I had forgotten my sketchbook. " Damn it" I said. I ran upstairs and grabbed my book. When i got back down the bus was there. I ran out and just when i got there it started to leave. Wait for me i thought. I started to run after it. I really needed to get to school today. The first day of secondary school! It was important!
