Cece sat in the chair, every single one of her limbs sore.

Kaden had bandaged her wrist up but he wasn't very happy about it.
Now only her and two armed body guards stood in the room. Their guns pressed against their chests.
If she could find a way out of this chair maybe she could fight her way through the guys and snatch a gun.

The day had rolled past through the skyline above her. It was late again, she could hear people yelling downstairs. Would the club be open again tonight? Maybe she could sneak out of here and get lost in the crowd.
Not like they'd bother to find her through all those people.

'You know if I don't get something to drink I will die of thirst.' She spoke, her voice a little rough and sore.

'Actually you can go without water from as much as three days to almost entire week.' One of them answered her.
'Really?' The other guy asked, shocked.
'Yeah!' The first guy nodded.
'What? You go to Harvard to get this position?' She asked genuinely.

There was laughter coming from down the hall and the doors behind her opened.

'Oh, she's still here.' The voice belonged to Gabriel though she could feel he wasn't alone.

'Has she said anything?' Julian's voice.
'Just requested water.' The non-Harvard educated guy asked.

'You know, drying me out isn't gonna help you get answers.' Cece called out to the guys still behind her.

'We'll see.' Kaden. She really was starting to hate him. 'Kaden! My best friend, i've actually missed you.' He moved so he was standing before her. He rolled his eyes.
'That so?'

'Yes! I really have. In all seriousness though, I have a genuine question. You know, being left alone with wanna be Rock and Harvard educated Dwayne Johnson has given me a lot of time to think. Is Caitlin's favourite song by Ant Bites still paper bags?' Cece couldn't stop herself from smirking, ear to ear.

He stood still, his face dropped.

'What did you just say?'
'I asked - if Caitlin's fave song was still Paper bags, by The Ant Bites. She told me all about it, we ran into each other yesterday. I mean literally ran into each other. She dropped some boxes, it was a bit of a mess.' Cece snickered. She honestly couldn't help herself.

Testing Kaden was her new favourite hobby and it wasn't like they were just gonna let her walk of here.

'Kaden don't!' Julian spoke.
'I'm gonna kill you.'
'I double dare ya!' Cece winked. Kaden walked closer to her but Gabriel stood in-between.

'She's just trying to rial you up. Ignore her.' His younger brother tried to calm him. The doors opened again Ezra and Brice appeared.

'Take this to Patrick.' Ezra spoke to Brice, completely ignoring her.
'Can I get that water now or what?' She asked loudly. 'Not even if it was poisoned.' Kaden spat at her. She didn't have much more energy to retort.

She laughed dryly. 'I knew you cared about me.' She teased. 'So, what's on the list today? Gonna hit me with a hammer or something? You know now I think about it - I kinda like the tazer. Makes me feel all warm inside.' She snickered.

Though once again no one answered her.

Great! What a plan, silent treatment. What were they? Five?

'Hey where is my phone?' She looked around. Vanni had probably texted her, he had probably called her. She was guessing he wasn't in a great mood. Maybe he had some people out looking for her now?
Though if he knew what had become of her he'd kill her himself and it would be slow and painful. Though what was that thing he always said to her?
