Entity Called Humans

Ichigo walked down the street contemplating what he overheard that Ishida was attacked. Nozomi followed him with her mouth shut since it was useless to talk to someone who won't respond. She took the chance to observe the so-called Shinigami Substitute who fought neck to neck with Aizen. "I haven't seen you around, are you newly assigned here", the orange head turned to ask the lady. "You can finally see me?", Nozomi's face brightened. Finally, she found someone to entertain her while doing a dull job that was assigned to her by Captain Unohana. "I'm Nozomi. You can call me Zomi if you want to. By the way, I never heard that you regained your powers. Did you hide it from the higher-ups? That's not good. Keeping a secret will do you no good", Nozomi bombarded. Ichigo felt like backing off from the lady's bright aura. 

"I didn't plan on hiding it. It's just that Ginjo-san offered that a way for me to regain it", Ichigo said with a depressed tone. "What is a Ginjou? Anyways, you're a hero, human. It's not like you owe soul society. Why did you go to the extent of losing your power to defeat Aizen? I mean, what does that man want anyway?", Nozomi continued raining questions. "Ginjou-san is a human who can also use reiatsu and convert it into his own power. I wasn't allowed to say this much but someone like you will pester the answer out of me. Aizen, he was trying to obtain a key to enter the soul palace", Ichigo's answer made the lady pause for a while. "Since you can now see me, why don't you tour me around for just a while?", Nozomi went in front of him to take the lead. "You asked all of that for nothing?", Ichigo massaged his temple.

She pressed something on her chest and used a gigai wearing pair of blue jeans and a white sweatshirt. "How did you do that?", Ichigo was startled. "It's a pain in the ass to explain. Let's go", the white head grabbed him and started asking Ichigo about a couple of things. 

They finally sat on a park bench looking at the huge cherry blossom tree still in full bloom. "You're not wearing any badge. Are you a rebel?", Ichigo's eyes turned serious? "How can you accuse someone with such an innocent face like this?", Nozomi fake cried and gave mini punches to Ichigo who caught it. "It doesn't hurt but stop doing that", he flushed seeing some passerby giggle watching a seemingly public display of affection. Ichigo cleared his throat and felt and was startled when Nozomi changed into her shinigami form right away and then disappeared in thin air. 

Urahara Residence

 Urahara smiled seeing the white head with talismans. The barrier initially had cracked so he decided to break the spell himself. For just a moment, Sumire was able to see a different expression from Nozomi. It was a mixture of seriousness and a tint of fear. "You got the habit of being involved with sketchy people". Nozomi went back to her original high-pitched voice and placed her sword back on her side. "Do you have someplace to stay? You can spend some time here", Urahara offered. "No thanks. You have some accompaniment who cannot breathe the same air as mine. I might wake up in the middle of the night with a knife pointed to my throat", Nozomi rejected then grabbed on Sumire's sleeves. "Time to run", she noticed someone's presence. 

Yoruichi entered and found Urahara with a set of teacups. "Were you having your own tea party?", the woman tilted her head. "There were some rats a while ago. If you came earlier, you might have caught them", Urahara chuckled. The woman sat opposite Urahara and raised one tea cup and sensed a familiar presence. She suddenly lets it go and it broke on the floor. "How?", she gulped and looked at the man who is already staring back at her. "Even I have no possible answer to that but when I heard who reaped the human's soul, I kind of understood why she delayed her death", Urahara sipped through his tea. "I knew she looked like someone and reincarnations such as those aren't rare", Yoruichi had Ichigo in mind. The lad resembles Kaien, one of the members of the Shiba Clan who is noted as one of the five great families of soul society. "Terrifying things happen and sometimes, when it rains, it pours", Yoruichi covered her lower face.
