As I'm sitting in my office looking at the ring I here foot steps coming so I hide the ring and acted like normal but it was just herrmann who brought me some coffee and asked what's going on with me I tell him to close the door and lock it as he does I show him the ring and said to night is the night herrmann looked shocked and walked out of my office I couldn't help but have a small laugh to myself before the alarms go off and before I know it I'm in the truck 81 and on my way to the place it was a car crush bullet holes in the window as me and Kelly are looking at the window I feel blood hit me in the face as I see if Kelly was alright I'm pulled down to the ground by a cop

Kelly's point of view

We come to a car crush I see bullet holes in the window as me and Casey are looking at the window I feel a sharp object hit me and I fall down to the ground as everything started going black I couldn't keep me eyes open

Caseys point of view

I head over to Kelly how is lifeless on the ground I pulled him up to the truck and put him in it as Stella put her photo on the gas and had the lights and alarms on I try to keep Kelly's eyes open as we pulled up to Chicago med they rushed him to surgery Dr Rhoades takes me to the waiting room it feels like time is at stand still I asked herrmann if he could head back to the fire house and pick up my bag and the ring he agrees and heads out with the rest of truck 30 minutes go by and truck 81 is back at med herrmann gives me my bag so I can go and change out of these bloody clothes I washed most of the blood off and splash cold water on my face to keep my cool

It's been to weeks since the accident Kelly is better and I'm planning on asking him to night to marry me. I go and pick up a bottle of champagne and a couple of crates of beer for tonight

When I get home I walk in to see Kelly making out with another guy on the couch I dropped the creates of beer and got Kelly's attention

"What the hell Kelly why would you do this to me " I started yelling at him

"Matt please I love you" Kelly said

"Don't come near me we are doing fuck you cunt" I said as I put my key on the table and walk out the door and slammed the door shut I ran to the car and started crying and went to the firehouse to sleep

Kelly's point of view

When Matt leaves I told the guy to please leave when he left I leaned on the door and slide to the ground and cryed to myself how I lost my boyfriend the best thing to happen to me I headed to alonely bed as I had work tomorrow I went to sleep I got up got dressed grabbed breakfast and headed to work to see Matt's truck parted outside of the firehouse I walked in and put my bag in the locker and walked past Matt's office to see him and herrmann chatting away

Matt's point of view

Me and herrmann are chatting about way I was asleep in my office and not at home with Kelly I told herrmann that me and Kelly are over and I was sleeping where last night herrmann asked about the ring
"I still have the ring I don't know what to do about it should I keep it or get my money back" I asked
"I don't know Matt it's your call but I would hold on to it and I need some help at Mollys and do you want to work" herrmann said I just nod my head. It was a quiet shift no calls so I spent most of my time in my office and leave to get coffee and food or go to the toilet. I turned up to Molly's at the need of work and help get the bar ready for the night

Kelly's point of view

I walked in to Molly's to get a Drink and see Matt working behind the bar I walked up to the bar and ask Matt for a beer then herrmann gives me the beer and Matt worked his way down the bar
"Hey herrmann how's Matt doing I saw yous were talking in his office" I told herrmann
"What were you thinking Kelly you let the best thing in your life get away from you and you broke his heart so how do you think he is doing" herrmann said to me I just look down at my beer
