chapter 9

Kelly's point of view

I walk into Matt's hospital room to find him on his side and curled up in a ball

"Hey Matt"

"Get the fuck away from me"

"Matt it's me Kelly"

"Get the fuck out of my room"

I walk out of his room to cheif and start crying

"He doesn't want me near him if I can't get near him how can I help him"

"Just give him time Kelly he just had something really bad happened to him"

Hank's point of view

I walk to Matt's room to see Boden holding a crying Kelly I walk into Matt's room and got down to Matt's level

"Hey Matt I'm back"

"Hank can you laying down on the bed with me"

"Sure thing son"

I hopped on the bed beside Matt and rapped my arm around him and let him sleep

"Hank how did you do that"

"It's because of I don't bring back bad memories like you do Will told me he'll let you near him if me or Trudy or Antonio are near him to feel safe"

"So he is alright with me being here"

"Yup"

"Did he say anything about who did this to him"

"No but we did get some clues who did it"

"If I get my hand on them I'm going to kill them is Jay Involved"

"You and me both and no Jay is on leave until we get who did this"

Matt's point of view

I walk up to see Hank on the bed awake he sees me awake

"Hey son your awake "

"Hey Hank I was thinking could I call you Dad "

"Of course son and by the way Boden and Kelly are out in the waiting room"

"I can't see Kelly not until I'm sure he won't hurt me "

"Matt he loves you and won't hurt you"

"Dad please I want to go home and be with my plants "

"Not until we are sure you are safe "

"Antonio lives with me so why don't you put him on to protect me "

"As long you don't leave the house "

"I got three more bedrooms and a big office if you want to stay "

"Well if you insist on my staying I can"

"Good now get me out off here and can you get Kelly to get me some clothes from home "

"Of course "

I walk out of the room to the waiting room to see Kelly and Boden

" Kelly I need you to go to the house to get Matt some clothes and then you can help him get dress"

Kelly nods his head and left

"So what do you need me to do Hank"

"We are keeping this in house so no one else needs to now about what happened to Matt but Hermann should now because he is also a farther to home"

"Ok I can understand keeping this in house but if he had more people in his concern the better "

No Matt needs to learn to deal with a small group of people again and if me you, Trudy, Hermann, Antonio and maybe Kelly and Cindy well that is the small group of people for now"

"Ok I understand"

Kelly's point of view

"I'm back Hank why don't you pull your car up by the doors for Matt and we'll be straight out"

"Ok Kelly"

I get ready to walk into Matt's room when I do I wait for yelling but I don't hear yelling

"Come on Kelly I want to get out of here "

I nod my head and help Matt get in to sweat pants and a little blue top we walk out of the hospital with my arm around Matt's should and we hopped into the back of Hanks car

"We need to get some food shopping done and get something for dinner tonight and tomorrow is the BBQ but I think we should cancel it"

"Please Dad don't cancel it I want to see me big family if I don't talk much and let everyone else do the talking and is Antonio coming home tonight"

"Antonio is coming home tonight and is going to be home all tomorrow because Kelly is going to shift if he likes it or not"

"Can I help with the food shopping and leave Kelly in the car "

"Of course son what ever you want"

Me and Dad walk around the shop get some food and I grabbed some more bottles and boxes of alcohol for myself and we get soft drinks for the house and something for afternoon tea when we get back to the car it has been a hour and Kelly was mad we put all the food in the car and we went home I went to check on my plants I pick some flowers for the sitting room

Hank's point of view

When we got home Matt was happy to be some where safe after checking on his plants he went for a nap

"Hey Hank thanks for all your help but I got it from here"

"Kelly Matt asked me to move in until the case is over"

"Ok well then here is a key"

After Kelly gives me a key we hear Matt scream we ran to Matt and he looked like hell Kelly tried to be there for Matt but Matt was to scared so I moved to Matt and as soon as he saw me in sprung at me and held on for dear life I pick him up and take him to the couch and layed him down to sleep me and Kelly walked back to the kitchen Kelly grabbed his wallet and keys and said don't wait up for him and left I call Antonio

"Hank what's wrong is Matt ok"

"He's ok but Kelly left so can you come over and bring Trudy I'm cooking"

"We'll be right there"

The called ended and I watched Matt sleep

Matt's point of view

When I woke up from my nap to fresh cooked food I walked to the fridge and got out the bottle of coke and poured me a glass and sat down and that's when I realized Antonio and Trudy were sitting there

"Hey Matt sweet heart I would like to stay and help you"

"Sure Trudy here's a key and Antonio can give you a tour right now and me and Dad can have a word" I watch Trudy and Antonio walk away and dad walked up to me

"Hey son what's on your mind"

"Why did Kelly go"

"Probably to the pubs or some where but as long you are safe I don't care "

"Put the bolt lock on and so he can't come home"

"Ok Matt I'll do that"

I watch Hank do the lock and we have a nice dinner and we all watched TV and Trudy went to bed then dad and I went to the plant room and turned on the jug in there and made some tea and took my sleeping pills and went to bed
