The death fight

The fight against the gorgon twins is over, each one having a different outcome, which makes things more interesting, with one side having one as an ally while the other ended up being killed in a battle that demanded a lot of intelligence from the girls that were experts in long range combat, but thanks to Lotte with her spells that made it possible for Maril to little by little lose all that power, things were getting easier for the shooters. But the battles were not over yet, having some levels to climb until they reach the lady of this castle, who is behind all this.

With Merrill allying herself, the battle gets even easier, they soon move on to the next level, where on that floor things were already much more different, with the presence of creatures, mainly bone pillars that were shooting fireballs, also some skeleton dragons that were shooting the same way, only these were stuck on the ceiling and walls, besides armored guards that were with swords just waiting on the other side.
The girls look at each other and the gorgon makes sure to show what she came for, she launches a petrifying ray that catches almost all creatures from top to bottom and with that the others take the chance to attack the statues of the monsters this time transformed into rocks that become only mere fragments and with that the way is open to the armors that were five of those lined up and in that Merrill, already starts to use her power to transform them into rock, only that these monsters use a magic barrier.
Croix using of the cleverness already gives a shot well where is the weak point of those monsters hitting well in the opening of the eyes of the armor, already Merrill leaves in the hand even with the other monsters, that in the case were panthers lying well camouflaged that soon took scratches of the claws of the powerful lamia.

Merrill: That's kind of fun to do, to feel those things, a freedom.

Diana: I don't really enjoy wiping out the creatures, but I try to think I'm doing the greater good.

Merrill: I just know that if that greater good is fighting for our freedom it's worth it.

Diana: sadly poor creatures who have not had the chance to choose their destiny, being forced to fight for someone who only sees them as subordinates, when you think of that side of it really things make more sense.

's weapons, while Akko even managed to cause some damage with multiple cuts, showing that her weapon is also very powerful.

Marianne: Look at that, Akko is managing to simply blow one of the golens to smithereens.
