ARRIVAL

"What do you mean, we don't have to pay for it?" The second most wanted man in Japan had a bad feeling about this. Such a beautiful and spacious house, for free? That was some shady business.

The old man just lowered his head "I don't believe it. Hey, old man, you're not going to snitch on us, right? Is the price of the house lower than the price of our head?" He giggled.

The seller sighed and shook his head, "I said it earlier. I have absolutely no reason to report you to the police, I do not want any problem with anyone, I just want to get rid of this haunted house already."

The pinkette shook his head and turned around to look at his colleagues, precisely, at his silver haired boss.

"Haunted..? Excuse me, but why do you think it's haunted?" One of the executives was more curious about this haunted stuff than the price of the mansion. The pinkette ran a hand through his hair "No way, Kakucho. Don't tell me you believe that?"

Kakucho, the number 3 of Bonten. He was about to retort when the leader said "Why do you think this house is haunted?" Mikey, Bonten's leader.

There was a moment of silence before the old man decided to speak. "This house was the property of a young woman. Everybody in the nearby village knew about her. She was loved by adults but feared by children. You see, parents used her to make sure their children wouldn't venture too far into the woods. Telling them that the young woman living in this house was a children-eating witch. The woman found the idea funny and worked with the parents to prevent the children from getting lost." Mikey frowned, not being satisfied with this little story.

Sanzu, as Mikey's right hand man, immediately noticed it. "Hey, that's not what we asked, old man. Why is this place haunted?" The seller nodded and hummed "My apologies. The young woman living here went missing. There wasn't any evidence of her being dead, no trace of a potential killer. So people thought that she had just run away from the country and the case was closed very quickly. Since then, strange things have happened in this house. Windows breaking, objects being found in incoherent places. The ones who've previously rented this house even proclaimed having hallucinations and seeing gruesome scenes in their dreams. And there was one case where one of the detectives working on the case mysteriously died. They found his body covered with scratches. On his neck was a big bruise, like if he had been strangled."

Kakucho listened carefully to the story while Sanzu was still flabbergasted about the house's inexistant price. Mikey just sat there, waiting for the rest of the executives to come back from their little exploration.

The old man looked at Mikey. His silver hair covering his dark, emotionless eyes decorated with big eye bags. The man was skinny and his skin was pale, almost like a corpse. While all of his men were dressed in expensive looking suits, with Rolex watches on their wrists and some even wearing real diamond and gold as earrings, Mikey was dressed in all black. No jewels, no majestic items on him. Just black clothes and sandals.

After Sanzu complained and Kakucho asked the seller for more information on the ghost, the clacking of suit shoes could be heard coming closer and closer to the group.

Sanzu looked over at the door to see the rest of the bunch coming outside. "Took you long enough! How's the house?" A man with short black and purple hair stood beside Mikey with a lazy smug plastered on his face. " 'Was nice. Six bedrooms, two rooms for two and four rooms for one. Each bedroom has its own bathroom but three have a bathtub and three have a shower. There's a toilet on the first and second floor, since there aren't any in the bathrooms. Living room, kitchen and dining room aren't separated by any walls so it's like, one big room." The man yawned and sat on the floor. "Really nice house. Should buy it."

Someone with long silver hair and red eyeliner approached the seller "Let's start business. How expensive is this house? Do you want cash or by transfer?" The old man shook his head and repeated "I give it to you. Money is the last thing I need." Kokonoi almost jumped with joy. Such a big house, and for free? A miracle.

Mikey nodded and held his hand out for the old man to grab "It's a deal, then. We'll... accept this house. Tell anyone we live here, and your family will have serious problems.Wouldn't want anything happening to Celia, am I right?" The old man just nodded and shook Mikey's hand "Understood." He handed him the house keys "It's yours. But don't blame me when the vengeful ghost decides to make one of you its victim." And with that, the old man stepped in his car and drove away.

They watched as the car disappeared little by little. "Can't wait to see that ghost. Anyways, why don't we start decorating a little bit?" Ran got up and removed the little rocks off his bottom. "I agree with Ran. Let's also discuss who's takin' which chamber, yeah." They all agreed with Ran's brother, Rindou.

👻🔪👻🔪👻🔪👻🔪

After choosing their rooms, it was time to decorate. Today was a busy day, trucks driving back and forth to deliver the necessary furniture for each room.

Ran and Rindou were the first to ask for a shared bedroom. The others immediately agreed. But there was a catch. While Mikey was outside, admiring the beautiful scenery, the seven executives had a secret meeting.

Sanzu groaned "We can't let Mikey in a bedroom alone. And we CAN'T put him in a bedroom with a bathtub in the bathroom!" Kakucho nodded. "After the thing he did last month, we can't let him be in a place that is perfect for suicide alone. He needs to be in a shared bedroom with a shower."

Ran agreed. "Well that's settled then! Sanzu, you'll be in a shared bedroom with Mikey. Take the one with the shower, Rin and I will take the one with the bathtub~" the older Haitani poured himself a glass of Mont Blanc and put his arm around his brother's shoulders. "Aren't we lucky, Rin Rin? We have a bathtub and a bunk bed~" the younger Haitani rolled his eyes and crossed his arms "I regret agreein' to be in a room with you already." Kakucho glanced at Rindou and frowned.

The long-haired male, Kokonoi, put his cup of tea on the table and stood up. "I need a bedroom with a bathtub." None of the other men dared to refuse. Kokonoi was known for his love for long bubble baths and skin care routines. They all agreed to give him the bedroom with the most luxurious bathroom.

Mikey, Sanzu, Kakucho and Takeomi all had a shower while the Haitani, Kokonoi and Kanji had a bathtub.

Mikey stepped into his bedroom and was met with a masked Sanzu. "...What are you doing?" Sanzu looked at his boss before bowing. "I am sharing a room with you. I am currently cleaning, it was a bit dusty." The silver haired male looked around the room and walked towards the bathroom.

Sanzu paid attention to all of Mikey's moves. Mikey opened the door and looked around. The tiles on the walls were red and the ones on the floor were black. Mikey was pleased with the bathroom, it was clean, thanks to Sanzu, and he thought the walls were beautiful."Good job, Sanzu." He entered the bathroom and closed the door behind him.

The pinkette sighed with relief. His boss actually didn't care that the shower wasn't a bathtub and he seemed pleased about the color of the tiles.

Sanzu looked at the katana he hooked on the wall, right above his bed. A black wool belt was tied to the katana, making the katana look like a present. He turned his attention to the white judoka uniform he left on his bed. He took it, folded it and put it below his pillow.

Sanzu also did his boss's bed. He even folded his clothes and put them in his closet. A scarf and a gun were the only things left. The gun was the one he used last month, before almost committing suicide. The pinkette shivered at the thought of his boss dying. Mikey couldn't die, he couldn't.

Sanzu put the gun on Mikey's nightstand, not knowing what to do with it. He folded the scarf and put it in the closet before closing it and going to bed.
