A lion's Roar: part two

Kyro frowned at Alto from across the couch as they waited. 

Alto of course noticed and rolled his eyes, sighing. "What now." Alto demanded crossing his arms over himself in a confident manner. 

"Oh it's nothing." Kyro responded obviously hiding something. "Yeah whatever scorpio." Alto muttered. 

There was a long pause. 

"What the fuck do you have against me.?!" Kyro yelled out of nowhere. Standing up and walking up to Alto, crossing him. "Jesus bro. Back the fuck off." Alto said standing up to face him. They were both now eye to eye. Only centimetres away from one another.  Alto stared at him waiting for a response. "Answer the fucking question Alto." Kyro Now demanded, he pushed Alto’s chest ever so slightly that he fell back onto the couch. 

Alto immediately stood and pushed him back, harder this time sending Kyro to the floor. "I said back the fuck off!!" Alto yelled. 
"Are you gonna answer my question?!" Kyro yelled, starting to stand again. "Fuck you!" Alto yelled. "Well then no Alto. I won't back the fuck off because I want a fucking answer for why you treat me the way you do" kyro said on his feet again and marching right back towards Alto. 

Klaus poked his head in. "Everything okay boys?" He looked at the two cautiously. "Yes everything's fine." Said Alto. "Right Kyro?" He added looking at Kyro nervously. 

Klaus looked at kyro waiting for his response. 
"No I-" but he was cut off because the entire ship just shook. "What was that?!" Alto yelled looking at Klaus. " by the seems of it, an Aries mothership has just launched. I need to go. Try behave you two." He said running off to deal with the issue. 

"What were you about to say?" Alto asked once they both sat down again. 
"Does it matter. You won't even answer one question that I have." Kyro said as he sighed. 
"Fine. What's your bloody question.?" Alto offered. 

"What do you have against me. You're always such a dick to me" Kyro asked. Alto froze. Confused. "Bro. You do realize your a dick to me to right?""no I'm not.""yeah bro. You are." Alto said. 

"It's because of Lex man." Alto finally said. "What do you mean." Kyro asked. "You like her right? As more than a friend?" Alto asked Kyro. 
"Uhm yeah. She's awesome." He responded blushing a tad. 
"Yeah she is. I agree completely. And you see that's the problem, we both clearly have feelings for her. So we have a rivalry because of it." Alto explained. Kyro sighed. 

"I had hoped you weren't gonna say that." Kyro said after another Long pause. "Yeah." Alto said. "Who gets her then?" Kyro asked. "It ain't up to us. It's her choice in the end. But just know man, whatever happens. Just know I think your cool hey? And even though I'll probably get her. You'll Still have a place in her heart… as a friend.." Alto said laughing a bit. 

Kyro frowned. "That A challenge?" He said grinning. "Can be" Alto said. "Challenge accepted." Kyro grinned shaking hands with Alto in acceptance of the challenge. 

Klaus walked back in after another few minutes of silence, and the occasional crash against the ship. "Hey guys, Lex is good. Would you like to see her?" He asked. 
Both Alto and Kyro Jumped up in excitement. "Yes!" They both said in unison. Alto frowned slightly but then shrugged. 

"Alright follow me" Klaus said leading the way down a hallway turning left and then taking a right into a hospital room. Lex was there laying on one of the beds, she wore a Leo hospital gown and her head and arms were all Bandaged up. 

"Lex!" Alto said, grasping her slowly and softly in a hug, "Hey Alto"  she said, coughing a bit. Then seeing Kyro and smiling, giving him a hug. "How are you holding up?" Kyro asked. "I'm getting there" She smiled slightly at him again.
 
"I'm glad you're feeling better," Alto said, kissing her forehead. "Me too," Kyro said Squeezing her hand. "Thank you guys." Lex said, looking at them both. "It's Klaus who you should be thanking. Who knows what would've happened if he hadn't saved you." Kyro said. "No you guys helped too. You could've flown off but you risked your lives by even approaching the ship" Lex said looking at them both and blushing slightly as they all made eye contact. 

Klaus walked back in after attending yet another battle that needed his assistance. "Hey Lex your up. Nice to meet you finally, my name is Klaus, I am the head Leo here." Lex looked at Klaus. "Oh, hi, thankyou for your services.." She said rubbing her head. "No worries, anytime." Klaus said smiling. "Let me know when you guys would like a ship ready for you to head home. You are welcome to stay as long as you'd like, we have bedrooms available if you'd wanna stay a night?" Klaus offered. 

The three looked at each other. 
"Yeah sure why not, is that okay Lex?" Alto asked. "Yeah that's okay" she said smiling, kyro nodded. 
"Great! I'll have a room booked for you. Should I get two, one for the boys and one for the lady or?" Klaus questioned. "Ah. Yeah that's probably a good idea." Said Kyro. 
Lex blushed slightly. 
"Alright then, a nurse will arrive soon to show you all the way. See you later and get better soon Lex." Klaus said smiling and then headed off. 
"That was nice of him" Lex said. 
"Yeah it was" Alto agreed. 

Lex laughed, "so I wonder which one of you will end up sneaking into my room tonight haha" She said jokingly and blushing. Kyro and Alto looked at each other, then back at Lex and blushed intensely. "Don't worry I was just kidding guys!!" She reassured them. Although she secretly hoped one of them would.. 

After a few minutes more of smalltalk. The nurse arrived. And showed them the way helping Lex out of the bed. 
"Right this way everyone." She led them down a few halls and finally came to a stop. "Here we are Lex." She said and unlocked her door and handed her the key. "Thanks" She said and headed inside. It was a decent sized room with a double bed and a bathroom and a desk to write at. "It's lovely" She said to the nurse as the door was open. The boys peaked in. "Great! Enjoy your stay miss." She said shutting the door. Kyro and Alto waved at Lex before she could, and they were then led down the hall. A few doors down, "here we go gentlemen." She again opened the door and gave them a key each. Then scuttled away before saying. "If you need me for perhaps anything boys.. I'm just down the hall.." She said winking at them and exposing her chest slightly. Kyro and Alto blushed as she was a beautiful woman. But both of their hearts were chasing someone else. 

They entered the room and there were Two single beds, and a beside table and some lamps and of course a bathroom. "Not bad." Alto said laying on the bed. "Yeah not bad" Kyro said shutting the door. 
A loud crash was heard against the ship again. "Wonder if they'll win." Kyro questioned. "Most likely. Although Aries won last time somehow so who knows honestly." Alto said sighing and shrugging. 

The rest of the evening was quiet, the occasional talk but mostly just being quiet and resting. Lex was doing pretty much the same, she got some roast pork for dinner and ate it fast as she was hungry. Then she took a shower and approached bed. She Sighed and wondered what the boys were doing. They had just finished their burgers and too were headed to bed. 
All three turned off their lights. 
But as a saying once goes. The night has only begun..
