Tess had been here for a few months and her effect on others continues. Zero smiles with her and laughs, Toga's warmed up to her like an older uncle and most of the vampires hang out with her on occasions and

A few have been known to back her up on a hunt if she wasn't able to ask Zero for some reason.

Kaname and Yuki finally warmed up to her here, although I think it had to do with the fact that Tess didn't hold a grudge over her arguments with Kuran or Yuki so it didn't stay cold between them for long.

That and cute little Juri asked for Tess quite a bit.

Her parents had transferred nearby to be closer to her so they saw each other frequently. Zero even went on some of the visits. She had a lot of her dad in her I thought as I knocked on her bedroom door.

"Come in.", says my sweet niece as I enter to see her sitting on her bed a sketchbook on her lap.

"Hello Tess how are you adjusting to things.", I ask as she looks up at me. "I'll be ok I've got a lot to think on.", she says as I feel a prescience behind me as I sit by her.

And there is Yuki. "Tess I must ask that you cease toying with Zero's emotions.", she says looking at us.

Tess cocks her head with a raised eyebrow. "Why would I be toying with Zero?", she says looking back down at her drawing.

"I thought I made my intentions clear Yuki, I wouldn't take advantage of Zero's emotions", the she-wolf continues. "I don't want you making Zero into one of your kind!", shouts my daughter as windows shatter while I pinch my nose. "Yuki please don't over react. ", I say looking between the girls.

"Yuki I wouldn't make Zero a werewolf against his will, it's bad enough that woman made him into a vampire against his will.", the she-wolf says looking up from her drawing as has smoke coming out her ears.

I won't have my cousin hurting Zero, I learned from my studying that werewolves were dangerous because some could change level-e's.

She sits there so calmly not bothered by my ranting while the headmaster tries to quell me. "Yuki you don't understand Tess has been very good for Zero.", he says .

"So your taking her side!", I shout as the glass in the room explodes as Tess lifts her sketchbook so the glass doesn't hit her face. "Yuki there are no sides, I don't know why you misunderstand me. I care for Zero a great deal and wouldn't do anything to purposely hurt him or sacrifice his trust.", she says looking at me with a sincerity that I want to believe but I can't.

Zero hasn't even asked me for blood since I've been here. "No I can't believe you, you're a wolf like those ones that helped try and take Juri.", I say angrily remembering the ones that helped try to steal my daughter away.

"I was chained to a wall and used by a pureblood as a juice box for a month until I escaped, should that color my opinion of all vampires.", she replies " I got caught cause the guy assigned to partner with me set me up should I hate all human hunters." her face is so calm and it makes me madder.

"Stop it you're a wolf and your going to hurt Zero I know it.", I say as she narrows her eyes.

"Did coexistence Kuran put you up to this Yuki, because I thought we were past this.", she says looking at me with a pained look in her eyes as I sense Zero and Kaname's presence outside the room.

The door gets busted open as I'm screaming profanities at Tess. Tess looks over at Kaname "You just had to knock her up again didn't you.", she says looking at him and I'm horrified because the pregnancy was a secret. I jump on her and put my hands around her throat and she looks into my eyes pleading like the look she gave me that day she got attacked on the playground when she told me to run for safety.
