Zero's p.o.v.

The office got a lot quieter once it got out that I got married just before I took up my post. Now I didn't have to worry about people trying to set me up with there daughters. I was at the ball with Tess. She'd picked a silver dress, with a slit up the side and her black and Silver and black hair was in curls around her face.

I watched as Ms. Honda fumed whether Tess was on my arm or dancing with me or one of the vampires she's friends with. Not that her or Richter didn't make a big stink every time Tess did something.

Tess's personality won over a lot of the vampires, as she had the energy to match them, and she even took time to dance with Yuki's kids Haruka and Juri ,making them giggle.

She also had a lot of Hunters who praised her talent and ability as a hunter, as Tess's hunting records were no longer sealed so the level of hunts she's been on were able to be looked up and she had more vamps hunted than some legendary hunters did. Turns out more blood suckers favored the treaty due to my wife, and had more faith in being involved due to her friendships with so many hunters and aristocrats. The secret of the surviving wolves however would remain a secret, due to the past president killing the known ones off I've allowed the ones I've found due to being a wolf my self now to hide it and keep hunting since the organization needs to re-earn there trust.

Kaname's p.o.v.

I wasn't sure if this peace treaty revision would work, but I was willing to try. Zero was a different person since being with that wolf and it made him more tolerable. I watched as Tess took the time to dance with my children smiling as she'd Curtsy to them and they'd giggle. A red headed huntress approached me.

'Lord Kuran I'm so glad you could come I'm Lady Honda.", she says offering a small bow. While not hiding her disgust at Tess as she dances with Haruka. "What is Lady Kiryu thinking.", she says snorting while Zero is chatting with Kaien in a corner.

I raise an eyebrow at her. "She's a presidents wife she shouldn't be dancing around like a floozy with the other men here. She should be at her spouse's side advising him how to act.", she says snorting again as Aido comes by me with his dad.

"On the contrary the men she's danced with were only friends and she's being cordial.", says Hanabusa.

"Yes I agree with my son she's done nothing inappropriate. And I like how she's not deterred by the children here just because they are vampires. She makes you think the treaty will work.", says the elder Aido.

"Yes Lady Honda I have to agree, it this treaty is going to work it's best if more are like Lady Kiryu, and if Zero wasn't president I'd push to have her voted in because although she's no push over she does want peaceful relations between hunters and vampires.", I say eyeing her as I sense her animosity toward the werewolf.

"Lady Honda you'll find if you want the president going against his wife isn't wise, she has several vampires that still owe her a life debt including a few purebloods, not to mention the president won't accept anyone in her place. ", I say as I watch Zero return to Tess leading her off to talk to another pair of hunters.

The red dead leaves in a huff. "I want an eye kept on her I don't want Yuki crying because Tess got hurt again.", I say looking to Aido receiving a nod.
