It was hard to concentrate on Ms. Johnson's lesson when all you could feel was Mina's eyes watching you. Glancing back at Nayeon, a pitiful expression was prominent on her face.

What you failed to notice was Mina's glare as she watched you and Nayeon nonverbally communicate. Unexpectedly, you felt a foot slam on top of yours and you could've sworn your toe cracked. Whipping your head around, what clouded your vision was a sadistic grin.

"What the fuck was that?" You angrily whispered.

"Don't look at her," she responded, disregarding your question.

You were scared of having your foot crushed again, so you listened. But just in case, Mina kept her foot atop yours as an indication of what would happen if you dared. After a long class of plants, chemicals, or whatever Ms. Johnson was talking about, the bell had finally rung. You sprung up in your seat only to be pulled back down by a strong force.

"Stay by your locker after school. I want to talk, " She said, with her face so close to yours that you could feel her breath on your cheek.

You nodded, desperate to get out of the awkward situation. Mina smirked victoriously before letting you go. For what felt like the billionth time today, you were shocked. But this time it was Nayeon, waiting outside the classroom door. You shouted as she jumped in front of you with a loud 'boo'. She laughed obnoxiously, her bunny teeth on display.

"You should've seen your face," she teased between laughs, her hand holding her stomach and her body hunched over.

"Yeah, whatever," you grumbled in faux irritation.

As much as you tried to stifle your laughter and give Nayeon the cold shoulder, you broke. Her laugh was contagious, and you both cracked into a fit of giggles amidst the crowded hallways.

Those that walked past shot glares of resentment and disgust due to you guys blocking their path, but you were unable to stop laughing. Finally, after you stopped your snickering, Nayeon wrapped an arm around your shoulders, her hand still on her stomach.

"I could've sworn I was going to stop breathing," You joked, but still left the question as to if you meant it or not.

"Same here," she agreed, "but I have a responsibility, so your tour continues."

"I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide," you said as you pinched and tugged on her cheek.

"Stopppp," she whined, swatting your hand away.

"Why? Are you flustered? " You jeered, trying to squeeze her cheek again.

"We are wasting valuable tour time!"

"Yeah, whatever, lead the way,"

She complied and led you through the crowded halls. Many inconsiderate, hungry students pushed their way through you guys, but she kept a tight grip on your hands regardless. After what felt like hours of pushing and shoving, she introduced you to the canteen with an exaggerated gesture.

"Isn't it wonderful?" She snarkily asked, sarcasm dripping from her tongue.

You looked around and it seemed to be the most clichéd thing ever. All the students were coordinated into groups. Jocks, nerds, geeks, nobodies; they were all sitting at their respective tables eating the same slop served here. It looked like something straight out of an early 2000s high school drama movie.

As your eyes continued to wander, they landed on a table that was positioned ahead of everyone else's. The popular girls, but unlike any other high school movie you have ever seen, there were only three. Nayeon followed your gaze.

"That is the queen bee and her posse. Momo knows everything about everyone, so don't get on her bad side. Sana, she's flirtatious and could get anything she wants out of you just by seduction," she explained, pointing to each of them.

As her eyes traveled, they stopped on something, and her breath hitched in her throat, almost making her next words inaudible.

"And, of course, that's Mina. She is cold as ice and rejects anyone who dares to associate with her. Grade A student, rich and successful parents. You'd think someone with such a perfect life would be happy," she rambled on, Mina's name almost infectious.

It seemed as though the second she started to talk about her, stopping was out of the picture. Nayeon suddenly averted her cautious eyes from you.

"She's looking right at you," she warned.

You shifted uncomfortably as you felt her watchful gaze on you.Unable to move or think, you stood there awkwardly. Nayeon took a glance out of her peripherals and shuddered.

"She won't look away, and she's motioning you to go over there,"

You whipped your head towards her to see not only her minions looking at you but the entire cafeteria. Mumbling a plethora of curse words under your breath as you approached her, everyone watched carefully pitying you. Before you knew it, you were standing in front of them, most importantly Mina. Her gaze on you was almost predatory, and so was Sana's. Momo seemed like the only half-sane one there, so you gave her a small smile, which she reciprocated.

"You can't bump into me in the hallway and expect me to let that go, right?" Mina started, her eyes never leaving yours.

You could not move or speak, almost as if she had a spell on you. You're well aware that speaking now would be incoherent and jumbled, but you figured it'd be better than nothing. So, against your better judgment, you responded.

"Is it that big of a deal? I already apologized and I have no issue doing it again if that's what you need to move on from something so unimportant, "You tried consoling her.

Despite your best efforts to alleviate her feelings of anger, this only made her more furious.

"Fine. Then get on your knees and apologize, "She said through gritted teeth.

A look of shock painted over your features.

"Right here in front of the whole school," you confirmed, visually nervous.

Sana seemed rather pleased, whereas Momo was disgusted, and as you looked around, some kids had their phones pointed at the altercation happening before them.

"Look, I'm sure there's some other way to solve this," You desperately attempted to squirm your way out of this calamitous, embarrassing situation.

"Now," she ensured, a smirk riding over her lips.

You hesitantly went down on your knees in front of Mina and put your hands together in hopes that she would just forgive you and get this over with quickly.

"Beg," she ordered, folding her legs and staring down at you, satisfied.

You gulped before speaking, swallowing what little of your pride was left.

"Please forgive me, Mina. I didn't mean any harm. " You rasped out, repulsed by your pitiful words.

She admired you, patting your head like you were a lost, sick puppy dog. Suddenly, she commanded you stand. You stood and awaited her confirmation.

"I'll think about a better way that you can repay me, but I'm satisfied for now," she concluded, shooing you away.

You left their table, your head down as many people shot you sorry glances and others laughed at you. Nayeon looked the sorriest of them all as she led you out of the lunchroom.

"She's a fucking sadist!" You shouted, rushing into the girl's bathroom.

Nayeon helplessly followed you, only praying she could comfort you.
