A few days later, every charge against Erkan has been confirmed. It's time for his trial to begin, they've all reunited in the Intel Platform including all the staff memebers, Eli and Harry gathered every evidence that prove that he is guilty. "Years ago. This man acted as an accomplice to the attack on the base of the Green Unicorn, he leaked the information of developing the Skywalker undercover with Vuslat or as we know him as Frost, he stands accused for exposing the location where Ahab Dilem and his associate Ebru being treated. Well, luckily we were there. With the help of an unknown source, he recovered a nuclear warhead which put the whole base in danger, his "research materials" caused the leak in the facilities which in turn caused the virus's mutation, letting it off its chains. We lost a lot of good men. He also charged for supporting Lydia Yerokhina Makarovna in exchange for his safety." Eli.

"I haven't killed anyone. the rest is all wrong too, the inspection back then was supposed to help everyone, I sacrifice myself for my companions as much as any of you! why won't you believe me!. Erkan tried to defend himself.

"The prosecution calls the witnesses!". Harry.

Then a machine looked a like a robot came by, "Ebru's milestone". Harry.

"It's just a machine...". Erkan.

"It recorded it all".

Then it started showing pictures and scenes of what both Ebru and Ahab saw and did, more like a video memory, from the strike force who came at first till the epidemic on the medical platform.

"Everything... Everything you did living together!".

"How could a machine...".

"You were so desperate to kill Ebru, you did everything to turn everybody against her, you even tried to convince Ahab that she betrayed you and the reason is that she knows everything you did, everything you're planning".

"No, Ebru was the one who knew about the threat first that someone hacked to our systems and even if I did, what right do you have?".

"There's more. We have you to tell us everything you've done, everything you've thought all this time. You agreed of having an entire base to be their test area for their new weapon in return for the World Gov guarantee that you'd be spared". Harry kept pressuring Erkan.

"I thought it was real!".

"We've reviewed everything, you told Ahab about a piracy work around China, and then you earned yourself a free nuclear warhead that'll help keep doing your research, your ugly research, we also kept an eye on everything that happened since you arrived here.".

"Please...".

Harry immediately screamed at him, "Guilty!! All counts!!!". and hits the floor with his feet which then all the staff members yell at him, demanding justice and to kill him. After all that noise, Eli shoots in the air to calm things out for once.

"We exist outside the law". Harry then looked to Isabella, "What should we do boss? just give the order, we'll handle the rest!".

Isabella slowly walked towards him, just her presence was enough to creep him out, "Surprisingly, in cases like this, her eye changes and become more creepy, but she's not now, I wonder why...". Misaki told herself.

The moment she came to him and looked at him, she told them her decision, "Prepare a life raft, big enough for one, food and water too".

"Boss...". Harry.

"He's leaving.". Isabella.

Harry was quite annoyed, "He's responsible for all of this!!! think of all our people, their people, he didn't lose a damn thing". He held Erkan shirt hard. "This is the enemy, and he's here on his knees!!" said with an angry tone.

"Harry. You are right, he's not one of us, not one of them for sure, but we are not responsible to judge an enemy, that's for Ahab to decide not us. He will leave our base and that'll be the end of it".

Harry quickly leaves the room as he wasn't quite satisfied with the outcome of this trial. Then everybody started leaving while other staff members were ordered to prepare what the boss told. As for the guys, they just couldn't say anything, they respected the boss's decision and even Elizabeth choose to stay away and just watch.

Moments later, the guys stood in front seeing the life raft going down and still Erkan is talking, "I'm innocent! you are guilty. You the evil twins should be in this boat!".

"Am I the only sane right here?".

While seeing the boat slowly going away, Eli looked and said. "Look you can't discard your phantoms forever, Dr. Toprak Erkan."

"That bastard will make it y'know? I can't see it now, in no time, he'll be telling stories about the black-hearted Wings of Heaven. The shining white night. Blabbering on about injustice, hiding behind his fool's idea of morality and all the other fools will stand around, nodding with every word he says.". Harry.

"I guess that's not something new about us, is it". Chloe.

"No. One day, he'll see through the lies he's built up, and realize what kind of man he really is. What goes around, comes around, you can't run from yourself forever.".

They kept watching Erkan slowly fade.
