Time got moving again and Hajime and the others started moving again.
"Eh?"
They were confused as the Seven Mortals were kneeling before Rimuru and Metatron was gone.
"Rimuru?"
"Huh!? Yes?"
Rimuru was surprised to be called by Yue. Yue was casting a look saying "explain!" Rimuru was kind of startled by that look and turned to the archangels.
"Guys, I want to know why you take me as your master, but first how about we all sit down to talk?"
They all agreed and went into the conference room. First they explained what happened when time was standing still to Hajime and the girls. The group was quite surprised by everything that happened without time even passing.
After explaining, Rimuru asked the archangels
"By the way, why did you take me as your 'master'?"
He asked confused and Lucifer stood up to answer.
"That's because since Veldanava's disappearance we haven't found anyone we thought worthy of being our leader, but now we have. It's you."
She said and the others nodded. Yet Rimuru and his group were confused.
"Am I worthy?"
Rimuru spoke confused and Lucifer answered once again.
"Yes. If it were not for you, we would never have regained our memories and would be under the control of the gods."
"But wasn't Lucifer-san the leader!?"
Rimuru not understanding why people commonly taking him as master was indignant. Hajime and the others were reveling in seeing him like this and were holding back six laughs.
"I am the one who commands them, but I don't mind following Rimuru-sama, who is our Savior. The others also agree."
The others agreed and Sariel stood up to speak.
"We have no problem following Rimuru-sama."
She spoke happily and the others agreed. Rimuru couldn't take it anymore and gave up. Rimuru decided to clarify a few things.
"So what is your relationship with Veldanava?"
Hajime and the group members who had heard about Veldanava for the first time were confused and Rimuru explained them. They were surprised to learn that this was 'God'.
The archangels answered Rimuru's question.
All the angels were created by Veldanava a VERY long time ago. After creation some angels developed will on their own and Veldanava was so happy to see his creations evolve on their own that he gave their names to the abilities he created, as a form of homage.
Seven of these angels were seraphim, the strongest class of angels. These seven were named by Veldanava as the "Seven archangels of will" and they would become the leaders of any angel who developed will.
Verdanava named the archangel Samael as the leader of the Seven and no one objected.
When Sariel who was telling the story came to this part of the story, Rimuru asked a question.
"Sariel-san..."
"Rimuru-sama. Now that you are our master you don't have to be so polite to me."
Sariel interrupted Rimuru and he was a bit confused by her words. She didn't seem to like being treated so politely, so Rimuru changed her way of calling
