It's a couple of hours later, and I'm parked outside of Testophilia's building. As I get out of my car, I notice another car pulling into the spot next to me. Must be one of the other contestants, I think to myself as they park and I see them get out of their car.
I see a taller brunette girl with cocoa colored skin and a short haircut. She appears to have darker makeup on, which brings out her amber eyes more. Her clothing appears to maintain a black and red theme and has a crescent moon necklace. She didn't look too much older than me, maybe 25-ish, around my age.
I end up staring at her a bit too long, because before I notice, she's looking right back at me. She smirks and waves at me. It takes me a moment to realize she is waving at me and wave back at her, giving her a slight smile.
"Are you one of the contestants?" We both ask at the same time, coincidentally. I cover my mouth, but chuckle and nod.
"That was odd, but yeah, I am," I say, walking over closer to where she is and outstretch my hand. "I'm Elina, but you can call me Eli."
"It's nice to meet you Eli, I'm Bianca," she replies, shaking my hand.
Upon a closer look at her, I notice her shirt is what looks like a heart diagram. Weird shirt, but if that's her thing- I think to myself.
She seems to notice me looking again and chuckles. "Sorry, only shirt I could find for today. I'm in college to be a doctor if that helps clear some confusion."
"Oh that's cool! I would've loved to be a doctor, but I get a little too squeamish around blood and stuff," I say, chuckling.
"Nah, I get it, it's not for everyone," Bianca says, then looks behind her. I look at where she is, and we see another car park. We look at each other, and then walk over to the other car.
The man to get out of the car looked older than me and Bianca. But not like grandpa old; more like in his 30s. He had combed black hair and a french looking mustache. He was wearing a blue collar-up that had cloud patterns all over it, and a tan colored coat. He was definitely looking nicer than Bianca and me.
He notices us standing nearby and smiles. "Why good afternoon m'ladies!" He greets, his voice a thick french accent. He was understandable enough though to know what he said. "To whom do I have the pleasure?"
"Uh, I'm Elina, this is Bianca, and you?"
"Léon, wonderful to meet you ladies!" He says, taking both our hands in a weird cross-over handshake.
"Where in the French did you come from, Mr. Léon?" Bianca asks, chuckling.
"Ah, I forget the accent is thick sometimes!" He replies, laughing. "I'm from Lille, France. I moved here upon meeting my American fiance who lives in town here. So, that's how I came here!"
"Aw, that's really sweet that you moved so far just for someone you loved!" I said.
"As they say, Paris is the city of love! That's where we met, and have been ever so happy since!" He adds. "We have twins on the way too, and I'm so excited to raise a family with her."
"Oh lord, good luck with twins," Bianca says. "I have younger twin siblings, and thank the lord they aren't identical twins. They're crazy!"
"Well, I'm ready for some crazy things in our lives!"
I chuckle. I notice some other cars that were already parked when I came in. "I'm guessing the three other contestants are inside already."
"Ah yes, I forgot this show is different from most I've seen before," Léon says, as he starts walking ahead of us. "Not everyday you see a game show like this with six contestants."
