Chapter 26 People aren't always what you think

Soomi's POV

"Yuki !" they called and I froze in place

"Ow, why did you stop ?" Taehyung said bumping into me. I didn't say anything as my hand stay o n the handle of the door "Soomi ? Hello" he continue, waving his hand in front of me.

"Huh...? Sorry" I said opening the door but it close before I could came out as someone put his hand on the door "Excuse me but I want to go out" I said to the person, not turning my head.

When the hand didn't move, I sigh and turn around, regretting my action a second later.

"Omo, I was right ! It's you !" he said with a smirk on his face. "What ? You're leaving without saying hi ?"

"Excuse me but I don't see why she should say hi to a strangers" Taehyung interjected, putting his hand out of the door and glare at him.

"Who said I was a stranger ?" he said eyeing Taehyung from head to toes.

Then, the others joined him and a particular girl came even closer, wrapping her hand around his muscular arm.

"What is it babe ?" she wonder

"Look who I met" he said while eyeing me. She followed his look until her eyes lend on me.

"Omo, Yuki ! It's been such a long time, how have you been ?" she ask as if she really care about me but I won't get fooled once again.

"I'm sorry but I think you're misunderstanding. She's not Yuki" Taehyung rudely.

"Who are you to even say that ? Do you know her ? No, and whatever she told you, I can assure you that her name is Yuki" he snap at Taehyung.

"He knows me better than you" I said and he was about to reply when she stand on her tip toes and whispered something in his ear.

As she talks, he looks at Taehyung and slowly, his glare turned into a mischievous smile.

"Oh so you're the famous Kim Taehyung !" He said, looking amazed "Why didn't you introduce him sooner ?" he add looking at me "I'm sorry for her behavior. I'm Akiro, nice to meet you" he giving his hand at Taehyung.

Taehyung was about to take his hand but I quickly take it and open the door "Let's go"

"You know them ? Why are they calling you Yuki ?" Taehyung ask not moving

"Just let's go, please"

"It's good to see that you still have good relation with people in the business world Yuki. By the way, I think I need your help, I'm starting to become poor" he said pouting and I narrow my eyes at him.

"If you're really poor, than what are you doing here" I said eyeing at the golf course

"Anyway, who is he ? Your friend ? Or maybe... your boyfriend" another guy, Chang Ming, said smirking as he look at Taehyung. "I know what you're doing budy, you have chosen the right girl" he said looking at the girl next to him and they smirk. "Call me if you need help"

"What are you talking about ?" Taehyung ask confused

"Hey, don't think I don't know about that" he said winking

"Let's go" I said trying to make Taehyung and I coming out

"Why are you leaving ?" Akiro said putting his hand on my shoulder

"Don't touch me !" I shout pushing his hand away from me.

"Chill out, I'm just asking"
