Chapter 3 Stupid deal ! Part 1

Soomi's POV

"What is the problem with this door !" I groan. I've been trying to open my front door since 15 minutes but the code doesn't want to work.

I sigh and decide to take the elevator.

Once I arrived in the lobby, I walk toward the caretaker's office.

"Come in !" The caretaker called after I knock.

"Hello Ms. Park. What can I do for you ?" he said, standing up from his seat when I enter.

"Hello, I have a problem with my door. It won't unlock and I don't know why. I've been trying for 15 minutes... I don't remember changing my code"

"Oh It's must be your parents !"

"My parents ?"

"Yeah, your parents came earlier and changed your code"

"What ?! Why ?"

"I don't know. They just came and ask to change your code"

"They didn't even informed me ! Do you perhaps know the code ?"

"I'm sorry but no, they just came and change it themselves..."

"Oh... well thank you"

"You're welcome" he said and I left the room.

What the hell ?! Why would they change my code ?!

I pick up my phone from my bag and diall my father's number.

"Annyeongaseo, this is M.Park. I'm sorry but I can't answer right now. Please let a message and I'll call you later"

Great. I hang out without letting a message and I diall my mother's number.

"Annyeongaseo, this is Ms.Park. I'm sorry but I can't answer right now. Please let a message and I'll call you later"

Okay... I hang out again and I diall my parent's home number.

"Annyeongaseo, this is Park's family. We're are unavailable right now. Please let a message"

Calm down Soomi. Calm down.

I take a breath, trying to calm myself then I dial another number. This is my last chance to reach my parents.

"Annyeonghaseo, this is Parks's company"

"Annyeong, it's Soomi"

"Oh, annyeong Soomi ! How are you ?" the secretary ask

I would be good if my parents didn't changed all of sudden my code.

"I'm fine, what about you ?"

"I'm fine thank you. So what can I do for you ?"

"My parent won't answer, could you join their office ?"

"I'm sorry but they're at a meeting right now"

"Oh, do you know when it will be done ?"

"Around a hour or 2"

"Oh..."

"Why ?"

"They changed my code..."

"Again ?"

"Yeah..."

"What are you gonna do ?"

"Well, I think I'm going back home. (I mean my parent's home) It's not like I have anywhere else to go..."

"Can't you stay at you friends ?"

"No, it's okay. I don't want to bother them. After all my parents must have done that for a reason. Why not confront them"
