-The breakup-

"Emma, why isn't Jordan coming to visit us anymore?!" El whined. "Sissy, we are just taking a break okay." Emma assured braiding her sister's hair. "Everything okay love?" Mari asked. "Yeah mom, just a disagreement, we'll be fine." She smiled. 

"Okay, how about we have a relaxing day in the pool today, how does that sound?" She asked. "Yay!" Elianna cheered before running up the stairs. Emma giggled and rushed after her.

"I brought you a popsicle." Emma smiled sitting at the edge of the pool with her sister. "Thank you sister." She smiled.

"What do you think mom and dad are arguing about." She asked looking at the couple arguing from their bedroom window.

With Mari and Adrien...

"Adrien you need to start taking care of your family your children can't handle us arguing like this-" "well don't argue with me Marinette, all you do is argue-"

"You make me argue Adrien, you always mess up, you ruined me!" She yelled. "No, you ruined yourself, you go against what I stand for-"

"Which is what, what does that even mean? You were supposed to be a father, a husband, some that loved his family, but you gave up on us, you abandoned us-"

"No, you abandoned me, you stopped loving me, and caring, you stopped having sex-"

"This is about sex?" She asked. "No-" "You shut me off because i didn't have sex with you?!" She yelled. "No! You turned all your attention to our kids-"

"They are our children! You weren't helping me so what else did you want me to do!? You left me to take care of our children by my self, you stopped having sex with me! I tried i tried to get your attention but you were busy otherwise, answer me this Adrien.

Did you stay faithful to me? Your wife, who you vowed to love, no matter what, did you?" She asked tears forming in her eyes.

"Mari-" "you know, I tried to turn away, pray it was just a phase, that you were just busy but this has gone on far too long, I can't do this anymore, you need to-"

"It was one time-" "One time too many! I should have known that you couldn't have changed, that you are still the same person, I loved you Adrien, I stayed, I cared, I cried, I brought you a child, didn't it mean anything?

"Yes but you have no right to just divorce me for what money?!" "I do not want your money, I never wanted your money I wanted love, we wanted love, your children, wanted a brother, but you were never around to make any of their dreams come true, all you do is shatter hearts Adrien... all we wanted was a happy family." She whispered tears rolling down her cheeks.

"So you just want me to leave?" He asked. "I-I think we should separate Adrien." She whispered. He scoffed and stormed out the room.

"Why don't you go get a water gun huh, we'll have a water fight and then we'll go in the water kay." Elianna nodded and hurried away.

Emma sighed seeing her mother slid down the floor to ceiling glass window, weeping, she knew that this only meant one thing...

The next day...

"Sissy you are up. Daddy and mommy bought another house." El beamed with a bright smile. "O-Oh... and why are you packed?" She asked. "I'm going with dad for a vacation, he said you can come to, whenever you want." She smiled. 

Emma looked at her mother and could see she was trying her best to hold in her tears. "W-Well, have fun." She smiled. 

"Okay, bye bye, mommy and sister." She gave them both quick hugs and they returned kisses to her before Adrien and her left.

"Emma-" "don't" she said before running up the stairs to her room.

Marinette broke down on the floor. Her family was divided, she hoped Adrien would have changed his mind but he just walked out... taking her younger daughter with her.

-Later that night Emma put on her sneakers and ran out the house...
