Tommy was sitting on the edge of his bed, dangling with his legs while he drummed his fingers on his hips nervously.

Today is the day.
Their going to Phil's.

The blond didn't really have any hopes for the adult. He had enough to think about.
For example, that he had to survive another home now.

He hope so much that the man will not be so much with physical harm. Tommy's body still aches from the last home. Form 𝒉𝒆𝒓 home.

Tommy got up a bit shaky. Taking another deep breath before walking into the bathroom closing it shut without as much as a thud.

He walked up to the mirror, looking at his reflection that seemed to judge him.

There was not anything wrong with him, he'd like to think. He looked like a normal kid.
But with bruises. Everywhere.

Which wasn't so normal for others. But here, it was normal. There is no kid that doesn't have a bruise here.

Tommy moved his gaze to the sink instead, cupping his hand and taking some water.

When the ice cold water touched his face. A sigh of relief escaped his lips and a shaky breath followed after.

He dried himself with a towel and felt less nervous. It was time to go now.

With tense shoulders and backpack in hand, the blond kid made his way out of his 'dorm'. Out in the hall on his way to the meeting room.

The only proof of him leaving being the small thud of the door.
-
Wilbur just came out of the shower, he decided to skip breakfast for the warmth of the water.

Which now that he thinks about it, wasn't the smartest idea.
He probably needed that food. His going to some dudes house right? What was his name? Philip? He doesn't remember.

He continued to put on a white blouse, covering it all with his yellow jumper. Only letting the blouse's wings out. He put on some brown oversized, but pretty alright pants. And of course, some white socks.

Wilbur's hair was dripping of the water. It doesn't matter how many times he ruffled his hair with the towel it still remained wet.

Great, the back of his shirt will be covered in water now.

With no more than a sigh, the brunette stepped out of the bathroom. The chilling air slapping his face coldly.
Why is it so cold everywhere?
He put on some red gloves with holes for his fingers and a red beaning to try save the small amount of warmth he still had.

Wilbur gave the clock a glance before realizing that he'll be late.
Fuck.

With a quick grab of the backpack and glasses he slammed his body against the door so it opened and rushed into the halls.
Forward to the meeting room.
-
Tommy was anxiously tapping his finger on his lap. Where's Wilbur? Where's Philza?

Puffy was sitting on her desk per-usually. Checking Tommy's and Wilbur's files, making sure she had the right ones for around the fifth time.

"Don't worry, Tommy." Puffy's soothingly calm voice broke into his mind. "I'm sure they'll be here soon."

The blond looked up and was met with a smile. He returned it back and then shifted his gaze back onto his fingers.

The door opened gently with a thud.
-
'Shit, shit, shit, shit.' Thought Phil as he drove around the city of pogtopia.

Where even is this goddamnt orphanage?

He wouldn't know, he's from L'manburg for fucks sake.
He drove five hours to get here!

Phil's eyes darted from building to building.

'McDonald's'
'Bank'
'Playground'
'Center of town'
'Orphanage'

Ah! Yes. Orphanage.
There it should be.

Phil made a quick turn to the right and drove up to the building. It looked dull. Boring, if he'd say so himself.

He sprinted to the orphanage and opened the doors. Not sprinting in the building, of course.
Just fast walking.

He turned around the corners and followed the 'meeting room' signs.

Phil did a good job with the turns until he bumped into someone. And before the adult could react, the person apologized and ran away.

The kid must of been in a hurry to, then.
He continued down the hall to the meeting room.

Ah-ha! There it is.
A hand to the doorknob and it opened easily. Only a small thud escaping.
-
All the past fear that Tommy had shut down when he was in his room. Maybe just some seconds ago, flew back into his body when the door has opened.

His heart ponded so loudly he was sure everyone in the room could hear it.
he made sure his eyes where on the floor. Nowhere else. His shoulders where tense.

"Ah! Hello, Phil." Puffy said patting a chair. "You can sit here."

"Alright." The man responded. His voice was young, but it was for sure an adult.

"Sorry for arriving so late, i couldn't find my way through the town." Phil explained as he sat down.

Puffy gave a small chuckle before responding. "It's fine."

"And you must be Tommy, am i correct?" The adult continued shifting his attention to the blond kid.

"Y— yes?" Tommy said gulping.

"Where's the other two?" Philza said, a small hint of confusion.

"Oh, Technoblade. You see, got into an accident and he is currently in the hospital. And Wilbur's, late." Puffy said with an apologetic look.

And just like that, the door slammed open and a Wilbur with half wet and half dried hair that was most likely out of breath stumbled in.

"I'm so, so, sorry I'm late! i swear it was an accident, i—" Wilbur breathed out as his eyes darted nervously at Puffy and Phil.

"It's fine, Wilbur. Let's have a seat." Puffy said gesturing to the chair next to Tommy.

Wilbur sat down quietly, sparing one glance to the blond boy next to him. But when he saw Tommy's nervousness, his own might of gotten bigger.

His chest was rising fast still, but his breaths where short. Trying desperately to make himself small.

"Alright then, let's start." Puffy said smiling.
