Chapter 1

A/n I hope you enjoy the chapter!

Love isn't something that you see at first sight, love isn't like those fairy tales in those movies where you get with the person you like. It's much more than that. So much more. Love has something where you need trust and faith. And sometimes that faith will end up dying.. and there will be challenges. It's not easy to find this person. That you are meant to be with. But I felt some strange connections with this boy.

I was walking down and saw that boy that I talked to yesterday. I decided to try and talk to him again. "Hello! Do you remember me?" I asked him. "That annoying girl who won't leave me alone?" He said annoyed abit as he looked up and took off his hood that was covering his face and he started to walk off. I gasped as I took in his details, he's more taller and more muscular from the years In the games. He hit a growth spurt since he's grown up to look like a man. But his personality is way off, I can tell because that personality was fake and the others never saw his true feelings. " Kokichi is that really you?" I asked shocked, I got no response. "Wait!" I said as I gripped onto his sleeve. " Hey! Let go of me!" He growled.
"Please listen to me!" I begged. he groans in annoyance. " What?" He said, " listen I know what's going on I can help you!" I said. " What's there to help? I've been trying to ask for advice but I've been seen as the' kokichi ouma' and I'm sick of it." He said. "I know! But listen I want to get to know you better I know your struggles." I answered quickly " fine. But no funny business okay?" He said in a low tone "I promise" I said. " So. Now will you go?" He asked. " Question do you live in a house?"" I asked " no." He answered. " How come? Aren't you basically like a celebrity?" I questioned " that's what everyone thinks. It's honestly stupid. I mean everything we had to go through was a living nightmare. It ruined my life." He said " I see. Well you can stay with me and you could help work with me and my sister." I offered, " no thanks I'll manage." He said. " Kokichi. You don't need to lie. Please let me help you." I said desperate to help. " Look Im not that me anymore" he growled, " I know but please I want to help you. Don't hesitate" I said as my e/c eyes soften. "I know I just met you yesterday. But I want to help." I said softly. Kokichi looked at me as if I was crazy or something. " How should I know that I can trust you?" He said sheepishly.
"It's fine just please take my offer. " I said
".. okay.. fine.." he said not sure of it. " Okay so I should take you too my apartment first"
I said "okay just hurry up people are glaring at me." He mumbled " okay let's go then" I said, we walked to my apartment with the winter going on it was quite difficult about we eventually got there.
We entered my apartment and I heard my dog starting to bark at kokichi. " Ignore him he's all bark and no bite" I mentioned, " hm okay." He said as he looked around the room. " This place is small." He said " well at least I have an place" I pouted. " True, anways I didn't get your name." He said " oh my name is y/n! Y/n l/n!" I said happily
