Where is Aether? You practically groaned out in frustration. You wanted, No, Needed to know what happened last night. Why is he suddenly gone? Was he avoiding you? Did you something do last night that went across his boundaries? If so, you wanted to apologize.
You finished a stack of work earlier, now it was lunch and you were looking around the building trying to look for long golden locks. Then you spotted golden locks, Lumine! Maybe she knows where her brother was.
You approached Lumine, she was currently eating her sandwich on the sofa while typing away at her laptop. You tapped her shoulder, and she looked at you, and smiled at you "Good afternoon, Y/N. Do you need anything?"
"Did Aether go to work today? I need to speak with him." She shook her head, "He didn't go to work today. Last night he said he was sick." You sighed, guess you needed to visit him after work. You thanked Lumine and walked back to grab your lunch.
While walking back you heard some gossip from your co-workers, "Did you hear, there's someone from Snezhnaya here." Others let out murmurs about her. They say she was a rude, and cold lady, that when you approach her you'll practically freeze. And she was also high in ranking amongst the Snezhnayan department.
You didn't want to be involved with gossip, but this had interested you. A lady from Snezhnaya? No one ever heard about someone coming here from there. The Mondstadt department practically comes to them rather than having them come here.
You assumed that because it was close to them revealing whose going on the trip this year, A diplomat from the Snezhnaya department had to come here and arrange the affairs for their department. But since people from other departments didn't come here, you crossed that idea off.
You finally found your lunch and contemplated where you were gonna sit down. you decided that eating on your desk today was fine. You sat down on your chair and began to eat while checking the files that have been flopped down on your desk when you were trying to find Aether.
You hummed, when a lady with light blond hair slammed her hand on your desk, her black coat lined with red draping her shoulders. "Where is the CEO's Office." She gritted her teeth in annoyance.
Truthfully you were startled by the sudden sound of her hand meeting your pine desk. You cleared your throat, "Yes Ma'am, this way." You didn't want to anger her so you just did what you were told. While on the way there, you found Barbara. Helping out other people. She noticed you and walked up to the both of you, "Hello there Ms. Rosalyne. Mr. Diluc is awaiting you." She groaned, "Come on, hurry up and escort me there. And don't call me Rosalyne. Call me Signora." Her tone lightens up a little.
