No,In every single situation he is not. He is anxiously looking towards you if , you can trust him and move forward. He is your father and both of us know that he loves us to the point to sacrifice his part for mere handmade creatures.
We put God into test but we can't tell that it's same both ways.
If it is your sin it lies in yourself he gave you freewill and you are the one to nourish evil.
If other one is putting you in a position you do have mistakes on. Your side
And if they torture you it's their own freewill not God's.
