We Meet Again [A Lisoo Story]

Chapter 7

They go through terrible amounts of turbulence, and brace themselves for the impact. Those few seconds of the plane crashing was so quick, it went by in a flash. Lisa regains consciousness, her head hurt, her leg hurts so much, her lip was bleeding and there was cuts all over her body, her body ached so much. She looked beside her, there it laid, Jisoo.  

Jisoo's head was bleeding, she was still unconscious, her leg was also bleeding. Lisa nudges Jisoo on her shoulder.

"Wake up..." She cried.

She checks on her other side, Hank was missing. 

"Hank!" She yells.

Only her voice echoes throughout the wreckage. She desperately rubs her tears and gets out of the wreckage. She tries to stand up, her leg was in so much pain and agony. In the distance, she sees red and blue lights and hears a siren. She checks her surroundings, the plane was crashed on a mountain.

A medic takes her to one of the ambulance. She lets the medics take care of her wounds. She heard so many things happen at the same time, it was chaos.

But she was focused on only 1 thing, Jisoo. She looks around and sees Jisoo soaked in blood, still unconscious on a stretcher taken by the medics to an ambulance and driven away. She runs to one of the officers, despite the pain her leg was enduring.

"Is Jisoo okay?" Lisa asked the officer.

"Did you mean the girl who was just in the ambulance?" The officer asked while taking notes on the plane wreckage.

Lisa nods.

"The medics say she's in critical condition, you guys did just fall more than a 100 ft from the sky." The officer reminds her. 

"How many people survived?" Lisa panics. 

"3 right now." The officer replied. "Do you have anything you want to tell us about the crash?" 

"One of my assistants, was missing from the scene." She explained.

"Describe their appearance." The officer asks her.

"He is a man with short, spiky hair. 32 years old." Lisa describes.

"We'll start searching the entire area and find the identities of the dead and alive." The officer said. "By the way, my name is Officer Hae Du-Ho. I will be in charge of your case." 

They exchange their numbers.

"Can I visit my... friend in the hospital?" Lisa asked Officer Hae.

"I am not sure, because she is in critical condition, but you can try. We are also in Iksan, we will transfer you back to Seoul when your wounds fully heal." Officer Hae tells one of his other officers to drive Lisa to the hospital.

Lisa limps to the front desk of the hospital.

"Do you have a patient called Kim Jisoo I can visit?" Lisa asked the nurse in the front desk.

"Yes, the girl who got admitted not long ago?" The nurse inquired.

Lisa nods.

"The girl is in the ICU. Room 139 of Floor 1, take the elevator up and go to your right." The nurse instructs. 

Lisa boards the elevator to the first floor, then turns right and kept walking until she found a "Room 139." She walked into the room and closed the door. There she saw, Jisoo.
