(Sort of a sequel of "How Octonaughty Became Octonaughty")

Emmet's back in one of his ripply dreams. But now the fact that most of the people that were in his dream became stone, instead of echoing, they all stared at Emmet. Except for the Teresa figure who continued to repeat "you'll become part of us." But now that Talia's not here, he had no idea what to do. He just woke up. And decided to not to sleep again.
Talia's no longer here. So what does this leave him? He just stays up all night, watching Running Blocks to keep him company. Once it gets to 6 o'clock. That's when the quarter of the people in the neighborhood wake up. He dresses up and goes out for a nice run. Out there, somebody slips a banana peel on the ground. And Emmet, who was busy running, slips on it.
"Ow, my buns." Emmet stands up rubbing his hips. The person in front of him must have heard it, as soon as Emmet said 'my', they started to run away. "H-hey! You must have dropped the banana peel, did you?", and soon enough, the big chase began. Emmet was a very fast person, but he never saw somebody faster than him. He couldn't tell who it was, they were wearing a white hood on their head, and pulling the hoodie strings tight to the hood doesn't fall off. "Hey! That's not fair! No *huff* one is fast- *huff* -er than *huff* EMMET!" People were quite confused what was going on, so they decided to continue their peace.
Meanwhile, that stranger was muttering under their breath, "must find Teresa... my only hope.." and started to run to the hospital.
"Hey! Um, my buns really don't hurt that much to go to the hospital-" But then, instead of going to the hospital, the stranger stopped and decided to run around it. Which happened to slow Emmet down. After a few runs around the hospital, the stranger takes a small break. But too bad for them, Emmet still has quite a lot of energy and was about to take the stranger's hood off.

But the stranger somehow did a roly-poly and continued running. But gladly, someone came in to help.. sorta.
"OH MY GOSH, TERESA!" Emmet yells, waving. "CATCH THE PERSON IN THE HOOD!" Teresa, quite confused about what was going on, stretches her arms out to catch the person, but the stranger ran into Teresa's arm and continued running. Emmet, who knew what would happened if Teresa touched him stopped.
"What's going on?!" Teresa yells, all confused.
"They dropped a banana peel."
"You were chasing that person, just because they dropped a banana peel. And that person didn't want to pick it up, huh? Rubbish." Teresa crosses her arms and rolls her eyes.
"No, it's just-" Emmet crouches down to take a rest. He still sees the stranger, and the stranger stares at him back. They met their eyes. "I think the culprit is a female."
"What makes you think of that?" Teresa sounds offended.
"I met their eyes."
