Six months laterAngie's POV
"Morning, Lyn." I say.
"Morning, Ang. The usual?" My friend, Lyn says.
"Yep." I say.
"Here you are." She says giving me my order and I pay. "So how are the pups?" I smile at the mention of my dogs
"We're doing fine. Trying to get them up to weight." I say checking my stuff.
"How about you?" She says. I look at her through the corner of my eye.
"Getting better and better every day." I lie taking my stuff.
"Well, see you tomorrow." She says. I leave to go back home. Maman left me my childhood home, so that's where I've been staying for the past few months.
"I'm back!" I call. I hear barking. I see Queenie, my King Charles Spaniel coming running towards me barking. "Easy girl, you'll wake up Pemmy and LJ." I hear a puppy howling and a baby crying.
"Now you've done it." I walk away. "Kiki! Can you get Pembroke while I get our little sis."
"Sure, sis!" My little brother calls. He came to live with me while he looks for his mom. Dad kicked him out after complaining that he never helps with the baby—his baby—or spent time with him ever since Malcom (the boy he was going to trade me for) arrived.
"Now, now, Lily Jane, I'm here." I say walking hurriedly to her crib. I pick her up and I can't help but wonder what happened to that women, Katheryn. "Shhhhhh. I'm here." I hear my brother's footsteps coming up the stairs.
"Hey, sis! What did you say that women looked like again?" I hear Kiko call from the landing.
"She had pink hair, a slim body, and tan skin." I say.
"I think she's at the theater down the road." He says walking up to me. He shows me a flyer we got in the mail.
"That's her!" I say.
"Go, go see her. I'll watch them and I'll get Mrs. Harriet to help." He says.
"Thank you! I love you, baby bro!" I call running.
At the theater
I run in just in time to hear voice. It's faint and I can't make out what she's saying, but I manage to follow it until I spot her. She singing a song I never heard, but I felt like I knew it. I realized it was about her life, or her charter's, or whatever. It's basically my life. She sounded so beautiful that I nearly cried. I just stood there until the show was over. One line stood out from the final song stuck out.
"All you wanna do, all you wanna do is love me. Love me. La-la-love me." Kathrine sings. The songs ends with them singing their part of The Six Wives Rhyme with corresponding moves and singing 'SIX!', loudly. "LONDON! Let's give it up for Genesis!" We all erupt in applause. I'm not spotted until the bows happen.
Kitty's POV
As we take our bows, I spot the girl. Angie.
"It's her." I whisper to Anna mid bow.
"You sure?" She whispers in her strong German accent. Angie realizes I can see her and runs away.
"Wait!!" I call after her. I start running. I follow her to the basement. I hear her cries. "It's okay. I just wanna help you!" I hear something drop.
"You can't!" I hear her sob.
"I love you." I say.
