Someone like me (Part 3 of Grendan's journey)

It was midnight and Jancy was leaving the hucky heese since she had to wake up early for her job. The Drawtectives had gone outside with her and said their goodbyes. Rosé and York were already inside, Grendan was about to follow them when Jancy called out her name.

Grenda trotted back and curiously asked, "Why'd you call me back, Jancy?" Jancy smiled, then sighed.

"I wanted to talk to you more about the whole trans thing", she told xir. "Don't get me wrong", Jancy clarified when she noticed Grenda's expression change, "I am definitely not going to say something transphobic, in fact" She took a big breath and confessed, "I am trans too. I was born with male anatomy, but I was lucky enough to be able to transition before my puberty started and that's why I want you to know you can tell me anything"

Grandma smiled, tears of joy in aer eyes, and he said, "Thank you for telling me, Jancy. It's nice to know someone who is like me" Jancy smiled to. "Well not exactly the same", she corrected, "but I understand the sentiment, it is very nice of you and I agree, it is great to have other trans people in your life"

"Are there any other trans people you know?", Grenda asked. "Well for one, your own son, Eugene. He's rich, so he had a world-renowned surgeon and impeccable health care resulting in his scars barely being visible. I noticed though and we talked about it", Jancy enlightened them.

"Oh, also Aeris and Checkers are also trans and I think Abayomi told me that she's questioning if she's genderfae", she informed further. "Woah, that's so cool", Grendan said her eyes sparkling, "I'll make a group chat"

"Sure", Jancy agreed, "and I'll tell Rosé and York about me soon, I promise" Grenda looked back up from his phone and told her, "No pressure, take your time and tell them when you're ready"

Turns out Jancy was ready the next day, the other two were a little surprised, but after that everything was back to normal.
