Same with the previous students, Catherine checks up on all aspects of Lucian, from his psychological state to his physical.

"Lucian, this question might be a bit sensitive, but this is part of the consultation. And I want you to answer it honestly." Catherine comforted Lucian first. William also patted Lucian's back to show support.

"Do you have had any sexual contact with the opposite sex recently? Have you tried sex?" Catherine posed the question.

Lucian was eerily quiet. Both Catherine and William did not push Lucian up for the answer. they waited patiently. It was a whole minute after Lucian responded.

"Yes. Yes, I did." Both William and Catherine were not the least bit shocked by his reply. Considering his state and how long when he replied to that question.

"Would you like to elaborate further about this? Or do you not wish to talk about it? It is up to you." Catherine asked once more, but this time, seriousness was laced in her voice. William also looked at Lucian. "We won't force you. It will be your decision to tell or not. Just remember your responsibility for entering this stage of your relationship."

Lucian was silent. He looked at William and Catherine. Both of them have a serious look in your eyes, but you can tell that they mean no harm. "Professor, Can I trust you with this?"

"Of course, you can. That is the same with Doctor Catherine." William glanced at Catherine. For some reason, Catherine felt that the look William gave earlier was a bit odd. It was like a teasing look.

"I have a lover." Lucian started talking. "She is from the working class. She's a sweet and kind girl. Despite the others saying that she might be a gold digger, I felt different." both the adult nodded in understanding.

"We love each other so much. And I am planning on marrying her after I finish schooling." Lucian faced Catherine with seriousness. "We have been making love three times this month. She was my first. Same with her too."

"Based on your story, you have been in sexual contact with your partner within this month, three times without protection. Have you thought that she might get pregnant at this point?" Catherine asked. "Young people have an active and healthy reproductive system. There is a 75% chance of successful mating."

"She said something to me a week ago. She said she hasn't had her monthly period this month." Both William and Catherine were alarmed at this information.

"Did your lover experience any changes in her daily life? Like for example, does she keep on vomiting in the early morning, or does she have a particular craving for food or drink? Any unusual with her?" Catherine inquired seriously.

"Lucian, does that mean since a week ago, she had not had her monthly period and the two of you hadn't had sex, correct?" William also guesses out.

"Yes. You are right, Professor." Lucian answered truthfully. He felt safe and assured saying all these things about him to the two of them. He could sense that they were trustworthy.

"Lucian, after this, I'll be checking up on the second year. Can you wait for me until later? I wish to talk to you about this matter. The same goes with Professor Moriarty." at the end of her sentence, Catherine looked at William with meaning.

"You have my cooperation." William promised while Lucian nodded in agreement. After that talk, Catherine dismissed them both and went back to her work. After finishing today's schedule. Catherine drank some water in a tired manner before proceeding to the room on the left. There she saw Lord Zachary talking to Doctor Helene.

"Lord Zachary, for tomorrow, I would like to take leave. There are some matters that I have to take care of." Both Lord Zachary and Doctor Helene looked at Catherine with worry.

"Is It serious?" It was Doctor Helene who asked while Lord Zachary just waited for a reply. However, before Catherine could answer, Luke's voice sounded behind her.

"You're taking leave? I'll go with you." there was a smile on Luke's face as he offered assistance.

"There is no need." Catherine gave Luke a curt smile before facing Lord Zachary. "Please, no need to worry about me. It's not that serious. Besides, Professor Moriarty will accompany me." After hearing that, the trio looked at Catherine silently. Different thought runs through their minds. Catherine just smiled and waited for their response.

'I don't personally know the Moriarty brothers, but based on the rumors about them, I guess the professor is a bit trustworthy.' Lord Zachary glanced at Catherine with worry.

'A fine young man will accompany Catherine? He does look much better together with Catherine than Luke. Status and all, he is above Luke. I approve of this.' Doctor Helene looked at Catherine with mirth in her eyes and a smug smile painted her face. Her thought focus was a bit off the topic.

'Tsk. This professor really is slick. Don't tell me he has designs on Catherine too? Another competitor, I see...' Luke's face was unreadable. His eyes are glowing with anger and an aura that makes people avoid him due to the eerie pressure.

"I agree."

"Fine by me."

"No!"

The trio answered in unison. All three looked at Luke when he shouted his reply. Lord Zachary had a grim expression on his face while Doctor Helene looks like she was waiting for a good show to watch.

"Why is it, Luke? What is the problem?" Catherine asked in a thoughtful manner.

"Yeah, what IS the problem, Luke? Care to explain?" Doctor Helene asked sarcastically. Her face is showing a taunting smile that makes a person's blood boil in anger. Lord Zachary in turn, just silently laughs at Luke's predicament while waiting for his response.

"I mean... don't go with that professor. You don't know him quite well." Luke did not glance at Catherine while saying his piece.

"It's true that I don't know him quite well, but he is not dangerous. He is a good person, so you don't have to worry about that Luke." Catherine consoled Luke while holding his hands. Both Lord Zachary and Doctor Helene raised their eyebrows in annoyance as they watch Catherine comforting Luke like a baby in tears.

"Tsk. Are you sure that's it? Not because you feel threatened to his status and prestige?" after learning the truth from Lord Zachary, Doctor Helene became sly and sarcastic in her approach to Luke, unlike the previous times where he supported his courting Catherine.

"What do you mean, Doctor Helene?" Catherine, who is clueless about the hidden meaning behind that sentence, looked at Doctor Helene and Lord Zachary with confusion. In turn, Lord Zachary just shake his head to dismiss her, while Doctor Helene just smiled wryly. Ignoring the two of them, Catherine looked at Luke.

"So?" Lord Zachary added fuel to the fire.

"O-of c-course not! I just don't feel he's trustworthy. He seems to even have designs on you." Luke stammered while answering, trying to avoid Catherine's stare.

"Oh please, I'm not like you. Not in all aspects, wherever you look at."

A cold voice interrupted their conversation. All of them looked at the door, where a slender blond man lean against the door while crossing his hands. A wry smile could be seen on his face as he looked at Luke with provocation.

It was Professor William James Moriarty.
