"So," Hongjoong started. "To sum up everything there is to know about the pearls is that they are like your souls? And Seonghwa is a prince who will take over the dragon kingdom named lókë?"

"Yes," Seonghwa nodded. "We keep our more human powers in the pearl. That is like our past memories, clothe changes, items, and human forms. Our dragon powers, fire, water, and others are given to us naturally. And yes again, I will become prince once my mother dies or is too old to be in charge anymore."

"Ahh," Hongjoong nodded, feeling emphatic for Seonghwa- knowing how it felt. "And if something happens to the pearl, you guys can die?"

"Yep!"

"So the memory kiss...?" Wooyoung chimed in. "That's only if the two actually like each and kiss and then after they get some of their past memories back?"

"You're correct," San smiled. 

"And the whole....mating....thing," Mingi started. "You give half of the pearl to that person therefore giving up half your soul and powers until you can find that person again?"

"But you can only use it fully after they like you back and mate with you again? And once they die or don't love you anymore it goes back to being half until the next time?" Yunho added.

"Yeah....." Yeosang flushed. "Most times, us dragons don't get lucky with our mates and have to wait decades, lifetimes, or even eons! However, if we don't find a mate, we can still only use half. The other half is hidden until we find one. It is that way so no one becomes fully powerful without learning love and kindness." 

"So, what's the earliest you guys ever got your full powers- ow!" Wooyoung stuttered, earning a pinch from Jongho. 

"Really? Why in Loki's name would you ask something like that?"

"I wanna know!" Wooyoung pouted, rubbing his arm where Jongho pinched him. 

"Um well," San chuckled. "It all depends on the person...or dragon....but the earliest I've ever got them was seventeen-"

"Damn, Woo," Yunho chuckled. "You guys be wilding."

"I-" Wooyoung deadpanned. "I think you mean past Wooyoung."

"It was our second life together. It was my third life and your second one. That time, we met as children. I would come into your village sometimes for fruit and your mother owned the cart. We became friends and then yeah...."

"Damn," Mingi shook his head. "You always gotta be associated with food somehow, huh?"

"I- Damn, you're right..."Wooyoung said, trying to ignore the sentence San said.

"What about you, Yeosang?" Mingi asked.

"I am not answering that for both John's- I mean Jongho's and I privacy."

"It was twenty-three-"

"SAN, SHUT UP!" Yeosang shouted, his eyes twitching ever so sightly. 

"DAMN!" Wooyoung laughed, Mingi and Yunho shortly following him.

"Guys! That's an appropriate age!" Hongjoong shouted, shaking his head with disappointment.

"Wait wait," Mingi said, wiping away a tear from under his eye. "Did yall ever have kids?"

"Yes," Yeosang nodded. "However, when a dragon and human have a child, it is born fully human because upon conceiving the child, we are in human form." 

"Why did you sound like a doctor-"

"What was their name?" Jongho asked, slightly confused and flustered.
