*a long time ago, the what-iffer was formed, but No one knows how or why. All we know is that he was alone. And all he knew is that he existed to create.
*for inspiration on just what to create, the what-iffer spent his time exploring many, many planets and galaxies. There were so many different planets, intelligent life, flora, fauna, it was just so much. Maybe too much for the young what-iffer, because after a while he was even more clueless on what to make.
*returning to his home galaxy, he thought about everything he saw and experienced. All the colors, sounds, sights, everything, completely contradicted the vast emptiness of space he was born into. He thought about the worlds he saw, and the life that lived in them. For almost all the time the what-iffer had existed, he admired those worlds.
          Then, he spoke his very first words, and asked his very first question.
                                           "What if I created my own world?"
*colors flashed everywhere. Tons of space dust, rocks, meteors, and gases rapidly collided together and formed a blazing core, then more and more particles were added until there was solid land, freshly baked as the mass of this new celestial body became so big that it amassed it's own gravity. As it's surface cooled from the incinerating temperatures of it's birth, volcanic eruptions spewed out new gases that formed a layered atmosphere. With the temperature continuing to drop, droplets of water collected on the planets's Surface. Then more and more until there were oceans as far as the eye can see. Then cells, Bacteria, Oxygen, plants, animals, and before he knew it,
                                            the what-iffer had created a world.
                                                                     His world.
*for a while, things stayed the same. But soon, the what-iffer started to grow bored. The animals that developed in this world didn't do all that much. No one had his level of sentience. There wasn't much to admire them for anymore, other that surviving in such a harsh world it was for the small critters, but he never had to do that, being basically a god and all. But their was one thing he admired;
*their families, their friends, their lovers. The flocks of birds in the trees, the colonies of hares on the ground, even the schools of fish in the ocean, they were so interconnected. There may not be a lot of them at any given time, but with each other, they were never truly alone. But the what-iffer felt the oposite. He was surrounded by life of all kinds, but he was lonely. So, so lonely. But then, he realized that if he was to create intelligent life, he'd have to do it by himself.
*and so, the what-iffer created two children; Zero and One.
*there is one important thing that i have neglected to mention until now, and that's called number magic. It is the foundation of numberland. The what-iffer is the prime source number magic, which is based on two forces, creation and destruction. You can't have one without the other.
*Zero and One were created as vessels of destruction and creation respectively. They are the primes of the world, and are meant to balance each other out and work in tandem with one another.
*the what-iffer has is own kids! He loves them to bits and wants to be the best dad. Only one problem; he has no idea how. You can't really start learning math with zero, so she'd wake up when the... number... Numberblocks? Yes Numberblocks. When the Numberblocks discovered a situation where there was zero of something. What about one? How would he introduce her to the world? Well, when he was created, he was just dropped somewhere in the middle of space, and he turned out fine. If he dropped her into the fresh world, that would be just fine. She won't be alone for long, she'd discover magic mirrors and make friends, then the what-iffer could FINALLY observe intelligent life! He'd watch them develop, and come down to meet the Numberblocks when they've discovered enough math to want to think big with him! It's a flawless plan, right?
(Spoiler alert: this is why one needs therapy in the future 💀)
