"So there you have it....My Power of Ether Gear has awakened!" Rebecca announced excitedly as she demonstrated her new powers to her friends in the hallway.
"It's a Speed-type Ether Gear 'Leaper'!" While Y/n squatted next to Rebecca, her gaze fixed on her new Ether, Happy added just as excited.

"Feet...seems like it smells." Shiki spoke out of the blue with a smug expression.
"IT DOESN'T SMELL!!!"
"Hang on, speed...? That's just like my arsenal." Weisz mutter with a raised brow but loud enough that everyone heard.
"Arsenal is an enhancer for overall abilities. That and it's a weapon you can customize in real time." Hermit stated, her attention on the game she was currently playing. "Leaper uses speed....specifically for leaping. It's completely different."
"Nope, I don't agree. It clashes with one of Arsenal's selling points."
"Isn't it okay if you're both fast?" Y/n asked, tilting her head in confusion as she stared up at him.
"ARGH!! YOU PEOPLE FROM 50 YEARS IN THE FUTURE!!" Tiko rolled his eyes at Weisz's absurd assertion as he abruptly started babbling. "You listening? Has there been anything like heroes on the same team with similar powers? Of course not!! At least not from my time period. I'm not excusing any violation of etiquette!."
"We're not heroes though.." Rebecca spoke up, her arms folded as she casted him a bemused glance.
"Then we should all have a race!" Shiki declared excitedly.
"That's exactly what I want!!!" Weisz added, not wanting to give up.
"I too would like to take part!" With a raised hand, Pino added.
"Huh? Why?" Happy sweat dropped, while Tiko focused more on scrolling through Y/n's phone.
Y/n suddenly spoke up as she fiddled with the bandages still wrapped around her right arm.
"Y'all have issues.."

"Though I never thought Pino would win that foot race.." Happy said as he recalled the race they had earlier. Happy recalled the earlier race as he spoke.
