Y/n pov: I held Hyun Su's hand while Eunhyuk examined him. "So you were here all along" he spoke while checking Hyun Su pulse "Is your brother a monster.No human can just fall off all those floor and still be alive" he turned his gaze towards me but I kept quiet "y/n.." "if i say yes would you kick him out?" Now it was him who was quiet "you know I wouldn't do that if I didn't have a valid reason" "he isn't going to hurt anyone Eunhyuk." But that wasn't enough to convince him. He exited and I held unto hyun Su while using my other arm as a pillow waiting for him to wake.
30 minutes before Hyun su, ji-su, Jae heon and I were walking through the staircase carefully and quietly avoiding any monsters. All of a sudden a something past at lightning speed and knocked Hyun su off the staircase falling down 9 levels. I was speechless and in shock. My brother fell.

Eunhyuk pov: 'Why is she like this' I ran my hand through my hair frustrated even though we broke up almost a year ago I can't help but still feel the same way when I'm with her. I decided to give her some space and go to the surveillance room to look around. After a few minutes I decided to go back to check on her. I arrived to see her resting her head and still holding unto his hand. I picked her up bridal style and took her to the care center where she could rest comfortably placing my flannel shirt on top of her like a blanket. Without noticing that I sat there watching her sleep until "You still have feeling for her don't you" I turned my head to see Eunyoo smirking "your first love" she sighed mockingly "I don't" i replied cold but she laughed in response "you keep denying it.. what's the reason you broke with her again?" "Eunyoo Stop!" I decided to leave the room and go to the bathroom. I just leaned against the wall thinking about what to do. If I decide to kick Hyun su out she'll leave with him no doubt but if I let him stay he'll be a danger to the residents.
Timeskip 2 hr later~
Hyun su pov: I walked behind Eunhyuk as the other residents gathered in the room but I didn't see y/n "where's-" "she's resting" he answered already knowing what I was gonna ask. Suddenly a old man walked towards us shouting "you brought a fricking monster down here?!" And came infront of me pulling a box cutter out and pointing it towards my neck "don't you dare turn. Got it you f*cking monster" Y/n finally arrived and hugged me making sure I was okay before participating in the voting which was a tie.
Y/n pov: The last Vote was supposed to break the tie but instead of having one answer it had both invalid. The old man didn't seem too happy about it tho he started shouted how it wouldn't be taking part in murder because murder is killing a human saying that Hyun su is a monster. After throwing the table though the old man started having a nosebleed I smirk 'a taste of his own medicine' I thought as he started stumbling until he was infront of Hyun su. "You better brace yourself" hyun su said "what?" "If you don't want to get eaten by a monster" "you son of a b*tch" replied the old man still holding his nose. Hyun su slowly walked to the votes and picked one up "do I have a right to vote? If I put this in will he be thrown out with me, right?" The old man widen his eyes in shock "am I right?" Hyun su turned to the old man with his pitch black eyes causing him to faint in fear.
Eventually Hyun Su was placed in a room to stay quarantined along with the old man. Y/n was walking about the complex building in the first floor avoiding everyone mostly Eunhyuk. She felt hurt and embarrassed after everything that happened between them, of how he had broken up with her.'What the hell is going on' she mumbled running her hand through her hair she feel so tired. She didn't get much rest from keeping guard last night in Mr. Ann's apartment.
Y/n pov: I headed to the bathroom feeling uneasy and started to wash my face but I looked at the sink seeing blood dripping then quickly see myself in the mirror but nothing guess I'm just hallucinating. It was late and no one seemed to be awake so I headed to the room Hyun Su was in making my way through the dark halls. Opening the room a hand grabbed my waist "what do you think your doing?" Pulling me back away from the lock. I easily recognized the voice "leave me alone Eunhyuk" I said getting out of his grip but he pull me towards him again. "No" "you already did it once, I don't think it's hard for you to do it again" I said salty. "Y/n..." "im sorry, i just want to see my brother" "you can't enter there" "Eunhyuk I got a nosebleed..." he stood there quietly then cupped my cheeks pushing my head back to see my nose "where the proof?" "You don't need proof. Don't you trust me? I'm infected" he sighed shaking his head "you can't lie to me. I know you too well to tell when your lying y/n" "Don't worry you'll get to see your brother in the morning, I promise. I just don't want you going in while he's in there" "why" "I don't trust that guy" I was dumbfounded "what guy? The old man? I can defend myself" "not him. So I already told you my reason. Also you're staying with me tonight" he grabbed my arm pulling me with him.
Eunhyuk pov: We entered the surveillance room and I sat her on the chair beside me giving her a pillow and a blanket. "Can you sleep here or would you prefer staying in the centre with everyone else?" I asked "here" she mumbled quietly as I sat next to her "y/n?" "Hm" "do you hate me?" I turn to look at her to get a response "Maybe" I pulled her chair to me faces inches apart from each other "why do you keep lying?" "Eunhyuk..why did you break up with me?" I just sat there not knowing what to respond "that was a mistake. I never actually lost feelings for you. I just needed space I swear. My parent had recently died, I was busy worrying about Eunyoo, I dropped out of school to get multiple jobs, I know that isn't an excuse-" She got cut off by her lips on mines. "I could have helped, Hyun Su and I were also going through some stuff and you breaking up with me was the cherry on top" "I'm sorry, I-" "shhh." She hugged me brushing through my hair with her fingers as i pulled her up taking her to a couch in the corner of the room laying her down before getting in myself. Her head was slightly under my chin while my arm wondered under her shirt rubbing her back "I know your stressed about your brother but all I ask is for you to trust me please. Get some rest and we'll continue talking in the morning" I whispered in a raspy voice as she nodded and obeyed sleep taking over her body.
