Just for some added context I will say now that the Lone Wanderer didn't help the Enclave in anyway and didn't poison Project Purity. The LW also destroyed the base crawler in Broken Steel and I'm not going to mention Mothership Zeta (for now at least). The Courier sided with the NCR and they now run The Strip. The NCR and Mojave chalet of the Brotherhood of Steel are now friendly and no longer have any hostilities between one another. The other decisions are either irrelevant in this story or you'll figure out for yourself. Enjoy!!
