"Look Eda, we really don't have anything here to eat and drink in this house so I'm gonna go out and collect some bounties so we can afford that stuff." I said to Eda.

"Are you collecting the hard bounties Jade? Cause I'm saying no to them real quick." Eda says.

"No, I'm only going for low amount bounties Eda." I told her.

"Alright, but be back before sundown. You could be eaten by one of those caterbugs." Eda says to me.

"Those things aren't real. Anyways, I won't let you down Eda!" I said then walked out the front door.

"There's the Snaggleback, the Bat Queen, probably get killed by her." I was looking through the bounties to see which one suited me best.

"Man, all these bounties are so low. (sighs) Eda wouldn't be in this situation if it weren't for me and Luz. I can't change the past, but I can still change the future."

"I'm gonna help Eda and prove that me and Luz are more than just burdens." I say to myself in determination.

I grab a poster of a random creature and headed over to the Bonesborough Dock.

I slam the poster on a barrel.

"The Selkidomus hunt. I want in." I said.

In the meantime before I get on the ship, I packed some fire, ice and plant glyphs in my backpack in case of something.

A ship horn blows.

"You think you can handle this, squirt?" Salty, the leader of the crew, asks me.

"I can handle anything." I reply back.

Salty reluctantly lets me in.

"When I kill the Silkidomus and get a boatload of snails, Eda won't have to worry about money for a long time." I said.

"All hands!" Salty yells.

All of us sailors get into a line in front of Salty.

"Alright, crew. The Selkidomus has been ravaging the coastline. It was last seen in the Simmering Shoals. You know the drill, "Snag the quarry, get the money galore-y." We all do the work, we all get a cut." Salty explains the plan.

All the sailors cheered.

Then, one of the crew randomly says, "I have many debts!" which was unfortunate for him.

"Till then, keep everything shipshape. This ain't no pleasure cruise."

Salty then throws a broom to me.

"Don't be a burden, sea squirt." He says to me.

"You don't have to worry about me." I told Salty.

There were barnacles on one side of the ship.

Salty offers me a scraper but I refuse.

I actually brought a pocket knife in case anything would happen.

I slam down a plant glyph and watched it form into a vine rope.

I then slid down the vine and here I am face to face with the barnacles.

I started working on removing the barnacles with my pocket knife.

Now we were in the bellows of the ship.
