─────TAPPING ON THE GREEN
little circle on the phone, bakugo accepted the call from y/n. "what's up?"he said. "i wanted to tell you the dress code,"she told him. it was surprising to him, an actual dress code. "doesn't have to be formal or anything, just put on a white shirt,"she said.

"okay,"he said, looking at his closet as he took out a shirt. "is a polo shirt good?"he asked. "yeah,it's fine,"she said. "I'll pick you up at 1 p.m,"she let him know. "but isn't the gathering at 1 p.m?"he asked, confused. "oh babe, you're gonna get it when the time is ready,"she said. "be ready at one."

"will be,"he said, as she hung up.

"you must really like her,you hate polo,"he heard the voice of his mother.

"yeah,"he said, a small smile resting on his face as it fade when he looked up to see his mother walking towards him. "is it serious with her?"she asked him. "yea,"he told her. "I'm exited to meet her," she said with a smile.

she remembered the time when he brought his first girlfriend over. it was the first time she had seen him like a girl, but what she couldn't unsee was the immaturity in both of them. her son was obviously not ready for any kind of commitment, and the girl too.

she was a quite girl who let everything happen to her, if someone would've spilled a coffee on her on purpose, she'd apologize and that's something katsuki would never let slide. he'd yell at them, and she would let him. she'd let him let his anger out on innocent people, let him bully everyone he wants. he'd let her be a people pleaser, let her be the fake friend she was.

they didn't provide from each other, they didn't learn from another and neither did they communicate with each other. he couldn't understand how she felt and neither could she understand him. they were never on the same page, not even in the same book.

they were young, too young. they end up badly unfortunately.

"you'll like her,"katsuki told his mother. "dad too,"he added. "i think so too," his dad said.

katsuki never asked his parents about the girl he's with, he didn't really care what they thought on that specific subject. it was his girlfriend, not future wife or anything.

however, with y/n. it was different, of course he'd always want to be with her, but he really hoped for approval from his parents. he wanted them to like her, even if it's almost impossible not to. he wanted to know if it wouldn't cause any problem in the future. if it would be,it'd hurt y/n, he didn't want her to think that she wasn't good enough for him. so he really hoped that both of his parents will like her
