Today as I run home hastily,I think of how I can tell my poor parents that I was expelled from school again in less than a year.

"I know I'm rugged but that stupid principal doesn't have the right to embarrass me by expelling me" I said as I walked sluggishly into my fathers compound.

"Daberechi,why are you home so early"my mother shouted as she saw me,I knew she'll suspect as usual that I was sent home for misconduct again.
"Nnayi,Nnayi,Daberechi is back o"my mother further called out to my poor but strict father,he came out and was really shocked to see me.

I handed the letter from the principal to them which read clearly that I was expelled for attempting to rape a guy in the school toilet. I had my crush on Ifeayin,the new boy from Lagos who recently relocated to the village with his parents,luckily for me,he was enrolled in my school,I had always wanted him to notice me so today when he went into the school toilet,I followed him to seduce him but he ran out and reported to the principal and that got me expelled from school again,I've been a nuisance all my life and I had caused a whole lot of troubles and problems for my family.

My mother broke down on seeing my expulsion letter,"Nnayi not again" she said in tears,My father couldn't hold it any more,he went in brought out his hunting gun and shot me on the spot,I died.
"That suits her right,next time God should choose better or leave me childless than give me problems" my father said as he went inside leaving my mother to cry her eyes out.
