Jane's P.O.V.

We walked into the packhouse, our hands intertwined. I nervously bit my lip while Alex led me to a conference room or something. 'Why is this pack so big? What if someone doesn't like me? What if I won't be a good Luna?' All these thoughts scare me. I think Alex noticed 'cause he stops me in front of the room, the door still closed. "Janey, it's okay. They love you. Relax babe, deep breaths." He whispers while hugging me. I nod and breathe deeply, smelling his parfume. When I'm somewhat relaxed he gives me a kiss, and opens the door to the conference room. I smile softly and walk into the room with him, our hands still intertwined. We walk onto the stage, me by his side. Everybody in the room, including the kids stand up for us and bow. Trying to be confident I walk on stage with Alex and sit next to his parents while he stands behind the microphone. His mother smiles at me and grabs my hand. I nervously smile at her and then look at Alex's backside. Damn, even that looked flawless. I'm so lucky to have him. When he starts talking everyone sits down again and listens intently. Wow. When our Alpha stood on stage, everyone bowed to him and kept bowing while he screamed at us. But Alex talks very calmly at his pack. Our pack. "Welcome everyone. Sit down please. It's nice to see that everyone has turned up for this special event. First I want to talk about the borders. Don't get to close. There have been more and more rogues, I don't want to lose anyone of us to them. They are dangerous, so look out. Second of all I want to introduce you to someone special." he says. You can tell he is completely calm and relaxed, even when looking at his backside. He turns around and stretches his arm out for me. I smile confidently and stand up, grabbing his hand. He pulls me close to him and smiles at me. "Everyone, meet your Luna: Jane." he says and looks at the pack. The pack claps for us and they cheer loudly. I smile widely and wave at them. "So, now we are going outside so you can meet Jane, and just eat and drink and talk. Okay? Thank you for your attention." Alex says and turns off the microphone. He wraps his arms around me while the pack claps again. I smile and he leads me, and his parents to the backgarden. I look around and smile at all the lovely flowers. I love flowers. They are just so beautiful, and most of them smell nice too. "Like it?" "Love it." Vie comes running at me and hugs me closely. I chuckle and hug her back. "HEY GIRL." She shouts. "Hey Vie." I say happy. She lets go of me and looks at me, while i nervously chew at my bottomlip. "Damn girl look at you, you are looking flawless." she says grinning. "Thanks." I answer blushing. The whole pack comes outside and Alex gives me a glass of water. 'Here princess.' he says grinning and kisses my cheek. "Thanks Al." I say smiling brightly. He just makes me so happy that I have to smile otherwise my cheeks will explode. He wraps his arms around me while I take a sip of my water. Then the first people come to us, so I can meet them.

After I talked to everyone, and we had some homemade snacks and drinks it was time to go home. I was quite relieved. Everyone in the pack seemed really nice, besides the normal pack sl*ts of course, those are just jealous. I snuggle my head in Alex's neck and wrap my arms around him while talks to his Dad. "Tired love?" I look up and smile when I see Alex. "Yeah, a bit. Just relieved that everyone seems to like me." I answer honestly. "Let's go home then sweetheart. You did great." he says and pecks my forehead. I smile brightly at him and say goodbye to most of the packmembers, while Alex does the same. I wait for him at the gate of the backgarden and when he walks to me, we start walking to his car. "Can we walk in the woods for a bit? I have always found that relaxing." "Yeah sure, but not in the woods near the borders. I won't risk the chance of losing my whole world, you." Alex says. I think my heart melted right there and then.
