Beyoncé stating Onika was fine was the overstatement of the century.

Because Onika—was doing horrible. But Beyoncé wasn't so hot either. After that night, Beyoncé spent the whole next day in bed. She was a bit depressed and she couldn't help but feel a mix of anger. And a very large side of worry.

What happened to Onika? She wouldn't stand her up on purpose. And Beyoncé felt like they were so close to something great—something real.

And Onika simply didn't show up.

Beyoncé was tired and upset. She rolled around in her bed and looked at her phone for the 100th time. Not a single text, and Beyoncé purposefully overslept so she could give Onika time to try and explain herself and..

Nothing.

Beyoncé didn't know wether to just be angry—or worried. She was definitely a good mixture of both at the moment.

Onika on the other hand was downright depressed.

She couldn't get out of bed, Ming had to help her get dressed the morning she was driven to Rehab. Onika was quiet, she stared at her floor as Ming packed some of her clothing.

"Do you have any sweatpants without jaw strings?" Ming asked and Onika sniffiled before nodding. "I—yeah." She decided to go with. She didn't want to argue and claim she didn't need to go to rehab—but she did. Inpatient was her only real choice at the moment.

Because Ming didn't trust her by herself.

Onika stared at Beyonces door for atleast a full minute once they were outside.

she wanted to knock on it and jump into her arms and tell her how damn sorry she was. She'd beg her for forgiveness it's that what she had to do—she'd kiss the ground she walked on if she asked. Ming interrupted her thoughts by alerting her that they did have to get going.

The drive was quiet, and Onika hugged herself with the occasional sniffile as Ming drove her to the nearest rehab center. Her own arms didn't compare to Beyonces.

"Did you text your therapist?" Ming asked, breaking the silence in the car and Onika was quiet with her response. "Yes." She uttered and Ming nodded as she continued to drive.

The younger of two directed her sight to the passing houses and trees, Onika couldn't help but utter the question she's been wondering since she woke up.

"Are you disappointed in me?" Onika asked quietly, her voice was weak and hoarse. All she'd been doing since last night was crying. Ming stayed up, just outside her door—as-well as lock her bathroom cabinet to make sure Onika didn't do anything stupid.

"I'm not disappointed Onika I'm just..upset. I thought you were getting better. You were getting better. You were just..exposed to your weakness in your healing stage which didn't do you any good. You'll be okay." Ming said—trying to keep her own voice from cracking and Onika sniffiled, she cried silently as they continued to drive.

All she wanted was Beyoncé at the moment.

And she cried harder once she got the idea in when head that Beyoncé didn't want her anymore.

They had decided to do inpatient for the first few nights, because Onika wasn't in the right head space to be allowed out of the rehabilitation center. Especially with how disappointed she felt in herself, she was definitely going to spiral.

Onika felt like a weakling, she gave in—not without a fight—but she still lost. She felt like she let everyone down, including herself.

And now she was feeling that same jittery feeling—as she was unconsciously bouncing her leg.
