-Carson-
I regarded everyone around me with a close eye. Amelia and Nick were bickering over something I didn't understand. Marcus was laughing his ass off.
And Liliana, She was a sight to admire. My feelings toward her were complicated, but she was a sight for sore eyes.
I couldn't decide wether she should be put in a glass box at a museum to be admired, or held in a cage, so no one could have her. No one but me.
She had a pen in between her finger tips. She scanned the document in front of her with her. She scribbled something at the bottom which was supposed to be her signature.
It looked like something a child drew— definitely not a signature. "What the fuck is that supposed to be?" She passed me the document, so I could sign.
"A signature?" She shook her shoulders. She was wearing a tank top that did her gorgeous body justice.
Her abundance of necklaces hung around her neck. "That's not a signature," I read over the paper and signed. "That's a signature."
She stared at the paper for a couple seconds— not at me. She grabbed a plain paper from next to her and took the pen back. she stared closely at the paper. She copied my signature and passed me the paper.
It looked identical to mine. If I hadn't have seen her draw it I would think she tore up a paper I had signed. "That's why my signature isn't easily read, It can't be copied."
Nick and Amelia were still bickering over us. "We have a party to crash." She banged her open palm over the table and slid up from her seat.

After a shit ton of protests, I convinced Liliana that I was going to pick her up. She refused at first, but I had to convince her that a couple should show up together.
We're going undercover to a party hosted by one of the small gangs. I doubt the Bronze Dragon will be there, but we're there to gather as much information as possible.
Jackson has been up my ass all week. Liliana and I have a about a couple more missions before we're aiming for each other's throats again.
I parked my car under her building and took the elevator. After I rang the door bell it took her a few moments to open the door—but now that she has, someone needs to help me pick my jaw off the floor.
She looked flawless From the top down. Her soft hair was neatly curled and placed behind her shoulders. She had a light blue satin dress on. The dress showed a bit of cleavage and had a mid thigh split on her left.
I changed my mind, She should be put in a cage, and hidden from everyone — except me.
"I'm surprised you came all the way up here." She had one hand on the door and the other on the frame.
"A gentleman doesn't honk and wait for his lady to come." I grinned.
"You're not a gentleman, Carson. And I'm not your lady."
Liliana Blake was mine. Wether or not she knew that she was mine.
I could feel all the blood in my body rushing down. Fuck.
I took a deep breath, "Come on."
We made our way down. I unlocked the car door for her and got in on my side.
I stared down at her unbuckled seatbelt. I don't get why she doesn't buckle it. If I didn't know better I'd think she does it on purpose.
I trailed my hand across her stomach as I buckled her seatbelt, "Fuck," I breathed out.
