Chapter 3 : William was put on a Trial in the end.

Martin Terminal Rule #3 : Meetings are held and must be attended by all personnel with 3 highest rank from all unit.

It had been almost the second time Saturnus complete its orbit to sun since human arrived. "What are you doing?" Said one of OSU's officer to other one who looked like a researcher.

"I have counted the day for a long time, and based on the information I have, today is around December 2095." Said the researcher calmly. "Ah, there's a message coming in." A message then popped out both to their watch-pad. "An invitation to attend the meeting. Well, it has been 5 times rotation of the Titan since the last meeting."

"Jack?" Hugo entered the room as soon as he got the broadcast message.

"Are you ready? I will point you out to explain to them." Jack seemed arranging his report on his gadget-pad.

But suddenly, William opened the door joined them in that room. "Hugo, I got summoned at the meeting. This is the message."

"WHAT!?" Hugo was shocked. "No, it can't be. You are 4th rank personnel. You should not be invited. Jack! What's going on here?" Hugo turned his eyes to Jack with rage. 

"I, I don't know for sure." Jack was also puzzled. 

The startle then broke by Andel Karsten as he entered the room. "William Hawken, personnel of SCU. Please come with us. We have several question we will like to ask." Andel came in with a flat expression, escorted by few personnel of TIU in his back.

"Andel!" Hugo's rage increased as he saw Andel was about to arrest William. 

"Andel, may I know what is this about? William is my personnel, he is my responsibility." Jack tried to solve out the puzzle, looking for some sense.

"Relax, Sir Jack. Calm your second commandeer or he will regret for what he about to do. This is not arrest. Although, I suggest this boy to come with me right now without any resist." Said Andel calmly.

"Hugo?" William became more terrified. His feet freeze to the ground.

"Well, well. Looks like you over do that,  Sir Andel." A middle-aged man leapt in the conversation. "So this is the boy, William Hawken."

"Lord Tygrienne!?" Jack bowed in sudden, as well as William. While Hugo only said his name in whispering. "Hugh Tygrienne!"

"Lord Tygrienne. My apology, but I think this will be necessary since Hugo may intervene." In his bowing stand, Andel tried to explain his intention.

"So? The first commandeer of TIU cannot handle a single personnel?" Hugh asked simply with a teasing tone. "Sir Jack, it will be better if William come with us respectively. I have to apologize for the sudden." Calmly, Hugh broke the tension in that room.

"But, Lord. May I know what is this about? Since William is my personnel, I have a right to know." Jack spoke slowly as he kept trying to ensure himself whether they knew about what William did.

"No, you don't. This is my prerogative." As Hugh uttered to mentioned his position as one the seven Highers, Hugo went back to his rage. Jack instantly realized it as Hugo held fist right on the table. He then held Hugo's hand tried to calmed him down.

Hugh also noticed the clench. "But to show my respect, I will make sure your report will be discussed first. William, will you come with me?" As he grabbed William slowly, he left the room without any further words.

"Sir Jack, Hugo." Andel politely asked for a leave as well.

As soon as the room left only Hugo and Jack, Hugo smashed the table really hard, releasing his rage he had been hold off. "Hugh! That smug old man!"
