"Please continue, Sir Andel." Said Raven after Jack tried to intervene the speech.

"And therefore, William Hawken will be put on trial based on his disobedient to the second rule of the Martin Terminal." Andel finished his sentence.

"Lady Raven, William Hawken is my personnel, I have my right to defend him even before the trial held." Jack still tried to prevent William to be put on trial.

"So you do. But Sir Jack, give a respect to other commandeer in delivering their speech." Raven Dutch looked at Jack Splinter with fierce. "Go ahead, explain what happen at the time."

"Thank you, Lady Raven. On that time, SCU is about heading back after routine patrol. William then found some anomali on his screen in his cockpit. He asked for a permission to get a brief scout to the area. After reaching the area he mentioned about, everything was seems normal. Therefore, he suspect there's a glitch on his gadget including his telescope." Jack spoke slowly tried to arrange his argument carefully.

"So then, he reboot and re-config his equipment, including his telescope. While testing his telescope, he then found the picture of the earth. But he wasn't really sure about that, and that's why he tried to warn me as I summoned Hugo to check it off." Jack paused a second seek for any reply first. But everyone was in silent.

"You should have reported the glitch to the OSU, instead of letting your personnel configure it out by himself. He could make his jet get lost while configuring the protocol." One of the Highers, named Adam Bavel, who have known as an experienced technician from TIU, replied the argument.

"Yes Lord, Fortunately he did that with his jet docked on the Titan. He is a smart pilot and wouldn't risk that kind of act." Said Jack full of faith.

"Well, another uncertain issue. But after all, for me it still counted as disobedient." Kurksten Bavel leapt the argument and told his opinion. He then whispered something to Adam Bavel, which then the whispered continue to Raven.

"What are those useless whispering about?" Hugo mumbled as he kept standing.

"I don't know, but something that we won't like for sure." Jack replied.

"As for the first issue, OSU will investigate deeper. We cannot do a vote about something uncertain. Sir Adam, please consider this task as your main issue in your agenda. And I hope some good news soon." Raven was decisive about the issue.

"And for the second issue, intentionally or not, William could lead to disobedient. However, we have three option here; Trial, further investigate, or a clemency. I pleased for the Highers whether we need time to decide or not?" Raven took a look to each Highers. The Highers nod as they were telling they were ready to vote.

"Okay, sudden vote was chosen. As for the first option, Highers who accept, please raise your hand." There was three Highers who raised a hand, it was Raven, Adam Bavel and his brother.

Jack and Hugo could only freeze, hoping that the other four will vote for a clemency, or at least investigate. "Thankfully your grandmother and Lou Wide are among the Highers. They can make an impact." Jack was still throwing a hope, but Hugo only shook his head down in a small gesture.

"As for the second option, Highers who accept, please raise your hand." Jack and Hugo stared at each Highers. Only Dunchan Palmet who raised her hand.

"This looks good. three against three will lead to further investigate. We will have extra time." Jack became more confident.

"As for the third option?" In that moment, Hugo stared at Martha Shaw as long as the time were given. While Jack looked at the remain Highers. But the other three Highers, Martha Shaw, Lou Wide, and Hugh Tygrienne, choose to abstain.
