3 weeks after the disappearance of Y/n Y/l/n
2:46 P.M.
   I woke up. Everything still hurts. I don't want to open my eyes, what has he done to me.

Suddenly, I here a voice. It's...Gareth?

My eyes shoot open, I try to sit up fast, but I can't.

"G-Gareth?" I question. "Is that really you?" It still hurts to talk.

"Ya. It's really me love." He says.

"It hurts. Everything hurts." I'm at the verge of tears but I don't want to cry in-front of  him.

"I know Love, I know." God he's so perfect.

Gareth's POV:
'God what did he do to her?' I thought.

I just want to kill this guy. How could he abuse his own child? His daughter. How could he lock her up, starve her, AND FUCKING HIT HER? I'm beyond mad.

I get up and storm out of the room. I'm going to beat his ass. I'm going to kill this asshole.

Y/n POV:
He just got up and stormed out. 'Did I do something? Is he mad at me?'

"Gareth?" He walks off down the hall.

      Just than do I realize that i'm in a hospital. I've always hated these places. All the white and the 'Beeps' from the heart Monitor, all the wires, the oxygen masks we always have to wear, the constant check ups, the needles, and mostly the smell. I just wanna go home.

Gareth walks back in. He's got my favorite chocolate. Hersey Kiss.

"Thanks..." i mumble out. "Gareth?"

"Yes Love?"

"Are you mad at me? Did I do something wrong?"

"No. Of course not. I'm just confused on how your own father could do this to you."

"I don't know. He's always hated me."

2 weeks later when Y/n got out of the hospital.
"Amy?" I asked looking through the mail.

"Ya?" She asked back as she was cooking lunch.

"I have a court date April 18th?"

"Oh ya."

"That's tomorrow."

"Oh." Does she even care?

I went to the phone to call Gareth.

"Hey, It Y/n. I have court tomorrow and was wondering if you wanted to come with?"
"Ya sure. What time?"
"Ummmm 11:30. So, I guess be to the courthouse around 11?"
"Yup. I'll be there see you tomorrow beautiful."
"Alright. Bye loser."
"Bye beautiful."

"Does he have to do everything with you?" Amy asked as she puts out lunch.

"Why does it matter? Just because Dad got arrest don't mean you get to be a Bitch to me." I snap back,

"Shut up. I should have left with them."

"Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda, but you didn't." and with that i just left. "Looks like i'm going to Gareth's today,

April 18th 10:30 A.M.
"You ready?" Gareth asked

"Ya." Honestly. I've never been more scared in my life. "Imma nap until it's our turn. I barely slept last night."

"Alright beautiful. Sweet Dreams."

After that I lied my head on Gareth's shoulder and fell asleep.

11:28 A.M.
"Y/n. Y/N!" I jolt awake to Gareth shaking me. "Our turn now."

"Okay..." I was shaking as we walking into the room.

I sat down with my lawyer sitting next to me. Kadin was on the other side of the room along with my mother and Amy.  'Bitch.' I thought.

I zoned out as they talked about my case. I only came back into reality when they were announcing if he was Guilty or Not Guilty.

"And we found Mr. Y/l/n....."
