A/N: Multiple choice for plot inbound.
Summary: Scott has always been different than the other kids in his age group growing up. He was the weird kid that no one wanted to associate themselves with. No one but Stiles. He's stuck by Scott's side through thick and thin - even after learning the truth about him. Scott cherished for that and always had his back. So, when he wanted to go looking for half of a dead body in the woods, he couldn't and wouldn't let him go alone. Who would've known that that one decision would change his life drastically?
Plot: A) Scott was never truly human. He was a Dampire - half human, half vampire. His vampire side was sealed by his father at birth and yes I know this sounds like Kluas from Originals in reverse. Honestly, I didn't realize that until after I typed this. Anyway, he had the last witch preform the spell, before killing her. Not knowing she had a vision of his son's future and double crossed him installing a fail-safe within the seal of her spell. As such, when he was bitten by Peter - the seal broke and the first Hybrid was born.
B) This one can actually be done two ways. 1. Since the show never explored what happens when a hellhound's host has a kid while being possessed, Scott could be the first, last, and only result of this. His mom was possessed either before getting pregnant or during the earlier stages of her being pregnant. This lead to something not seen in the supernatural world before and something unnatural to the supernatural world. But seeing as he was no real theart to the supernatural world being exposed or a threat to it, he was allowed to live. And when he gets bitten by Peter - something unexpected and even rarer than him existing happens.
2. Since Hellhounds are chosen/made upon death - Scott is kidnapped, tortured, and killed by the Dredd Doctors when he was 12 in their own attempt to create a hellhound that they could control. But when their efforts fail and he died being electrocuted and didn't resurrect quick enough, he was left to burn - tossed out like trash. But like Perish, he miraculously survives and is found by Stiles dad and two deputies. He has no memory about what happened to him. When he gets bitten, what the Dredd Doctors did to him - what they thought to be a failure - mutated into a success and a new Chimera was born. If you don't like this explanation - feel free to try and make a better one. And when he awakens the rest of his abilities, how, and why are up to you.
Extra Details:
-Scott's father is the last living vampire alive in the world. Why? A Supernatural War, a Vampire Civil War, and some vampire hunters. He also killed any remainder of his kind for power.
-Why did he have Scott sealed? There are two options to choose from. Option 1: If you want him to be a bad guy - he did it so Scott wouldn't be able to challenge him later and because he hates Newborns. He didn't want anyone taking his power from him. Sort of like Malia mother now that I think about it. Option 2: He did it to protect him and his mother from hunters and any enemies he made through his long time of being alive.
-In either reason, Scott's father turns Stiles into a vampire. The reason? Option 1 is becuase he's a sadistic asshole and wants Scott and everyone he cares for - not Melissa- to suffer. To break him and make him give in - submit to him - and do as he says. As well as have leverage over him. Option 2 is because he needs someone to help protect his son, someone he trust and is close to him. And so he doesn't have an immediate vulnerability in his human friend as he will with his mom. And since he loves Melissa to much to forcibly change her, he turned Stiles instead.
-Whatever season you chose to start the story from us up to you.
-Tracy Stewart is not allowed to die. Nor is Lorilee, Tierney, and Carrie. -Scott's bite typically makes werewolves - 8/10 times. The other two out of ten creates vampires. If you build him a vampire coven - if, then only three can be turned for it.
-Vampire venom van revive the dead.
Optional: Since this has been done before, when people say the last of something and there turns out to be more alive, you may - if you choose to do so - Have a coven of hidden witches alive and one rogue. The coven must be 7 members and all dark witches. The rogue is the actual last light witch, turned gray. This is entirely optional and is not required to be in the story, but if you choose to do so - it must be this way.
- Anyone who Scott is paired with is not immune to death, but must be brought back if killed.
