Eden enrolled at Korea National University of Arts.

Eden Lee, despite being an active actress taking on many dramas and projects, has decided to enroll back to University but for a Masters in Filmmaking. Many were confused and maybe even shocked since she has been on a rise with her acting and her career only seems to be growing and a Masters Degree did not seem like something she necessarily needed.
In a recent episode of Running Man, the cast members brought up the topic when they congratulated her on her successful enrollment to the University, but the question eventually came up.
Why did she want to get a Masters considering she was at a great point in her career?
"I've had my mind set on this for a while honestly. It seemed like a no brainer."
"I don't really have a set goal of what I want to achieve, and it's not like I'm aiming to be at the very top of everything. I started acting when I was very young and I wasn't doing it because I wanted to one day become the best actress, I just did it because I had lots of fun doing it."
"So this isn't that much different."
"I always loved acting, but as I grew and worked with all these different dramas and movies, I couldn't help but look at the staff. I wondered how the producers and directors work? How were they able to create all these worlds and capture the attention of the viewers? They're able to create these lavish stories and present them in such a perfect way that they can almost manipulate the netizens into feeling a certain way." Eden was clearly fascinated by the production side of filming.
"I just wanted to learn and do more, why wouldn't I when it just sounds so fun."
"I would love to learn how to be a director and hopefully be able to have my own projects. And who knows? Maybe I'll find a passion for it and do good?"
The Running Man cast members were really curious about the whole thing so they couldn't help but keep on asking Eden. They were particularly interested in knowing if she wanted to do more Film Directing jobs rather than acting or if she wanted to do both.
