Izuku : Hmm *moving some needles in a microscope* the micro organisms in here seem to move in an odd but rather violent way.
After the events of last chapter we see Izuku just at his table using a microscope checking on the syringe he found the other day as he was doing some tests on it. So far he couldn't figure out much due to the lack of resources as he only has a microscope for him to help. Hikari was just in his mind just looking at what he's doing.... just so she can ignore what he looks like.

Izuku : Well at least the coffee seems to help me.... any ideas Hikari?
Hikari didn't even respond as her mind just shut out whatever Izuku said since she doesn't want to become a mess from looking at him. Izuku just grew somewhat confused from her silence as he started to speak louder in his mind.
Izuku : HIKARI!
Hikari : GAH
Izuku : You doing ok? *doing tricks with his pencil* You seem to be out of it for a while now, it took me some shouting in my head to get you to listen.
Hikari : Oh uh its nothing really I just got spaced out.
Izuku : Are you really that bored of me?
Hikari : N-NO WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT?
Izuku : What its just a simple question you don't need to overreact.
Hikari : Sorry I just didn't want you to be sad thinking I pay no attention to you *rubs her head*
Izuku : Ah its ok really since this power restricts my emotions. It won't have much effect on me if you were to ignore me.
Hikari : Yeah.... *whispers* But it doesn't stop me from loving you.
Izuku : What did you say?
Hikari : Nothing nerd.
Izuku : Okkk, well I'll try to investigate this another day. I may need other blood samples rather than mine since mine is mostly compose of void.
Hikari : That seems to be the best option right now. We don't exactly know the result of this serum and we have to know exactly what it is.
Izuku : But whatever it is... *looks at it* this will seem to result in something bad.
Hikari : I get that feeling but.... where are you gonna eat today?
Izuku : Obviously outside. I have no ingredients to cook.
Hikari : *groans* Come on don't you at least cook for yourself instead of just eating outside food.
Izuku : Yeah I'm not ready to become a Hikikomori.

As he got his clothes ready and took of his nerd glasses, he heard his doorbell ring as he looked at the front door before he went and open it. And just like that he meet his friend at the door.
