I'm not sure when I passed out, but the pain became too much at some point. Pressure of my welts is what awoke me. Hissing with pain, I go to cover my back.

"Don't move. It'll be more difficult if you move." Robins soothing voice calms my nerves. I see a tray with bandages, a water bottle that's over halfway empty at this point and a bloody washcloth.

"Where did you get this stuff Doc?" I say as I lick my dry lips.

"He brought them down a little while ago." His voice is soft and quiet. I hoped my kind of joke would help cheer him up, but it didn't sound like it. Not that I could see his face at the moment. I feel him place another bandage. I try my best not to move, but I still tense up my whole body.

"Most of it is on your back, but you had a couple on your right arm, so I cleaned those up already." From the light in the window, I can tell it's already morning. How long was I out?

"Thank you Doctor, I'll be up and running in no time." That's all I can get out. My mouth is so dry. No way in hell I'd trust anything the man brings down to drink again.

"I'm so sorry Finney. I couldn't move."

"Robin, I don't blame you for ANYTHING. Okay? It's this sick fuck who I blame. We need to figure out how to get the hell out of here." I feel him place his hand on my shoulder. I'm not sure if it's to comfort me or calm me down.

"All done."

Shooting Robin with a soft smile, I make my first attempt at sitting up. Pain shoots through my body like lightning, my eyes temporarily flashing black. He quickly grabs ahold of my arm, keeping me up.

"Maybe try not moving right away?" Of course he states the logical option, but I'm stubborn and I need to get up to think of a plan. We have to get the hell out of here and we can't do that if I can't even move. I settled on sitting up for now, actually standing will have to wait.

"I'm fine. I just need to.." I can't help wincing in pain, "Push through the pain." Though I try to put up a reassuring front, I'm freaking out.

"Weren't the soda's sealed?" I ask confused. Robin picks up one of the bottle caps from the ground and holds it up to the window light.

"Here." He says as he flips the bottle cap into my hands. I lift it up to the window light and see the very tiny hole.

"That explains it." I say in a quiet voice. The room fills with an uncomfortable silence. Neither of us wanted to break it. 'It hasn't done anything to Robin so far, right lover boy?' The Phrase rings through my mind over and over. This has to be the Grabbers first time doing this to Robin or Robin wouldn't have drank it all. Or so quickly.

BRINNNNGGGG.

I jump with fright at the loud noise. The phone on the wall. The black phone, it's... it's ringing.

This chapter is shorter, but there is more to come. I wanted to get a chapter out so y'all wouldn't have to wait for so long.
